Good about college faculty members and teaching levels of lecturers.
Placements: Almost 100 % of students get admission to our college according to their eligibility marks. There will be no company to recruit our college students, as no company will come and recruit our college, there are no campus placements from our college. We will get internships from our college at various companies like Nashuatec company in Shaktinagar, Raichur.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college are very good for all the departments. For all the departments there are good laboratories and a big and separate library for separate branches students. The quality of food available in our mess and canteen is average. The medical facility is very good in our college, And they provide support and games for the students, sports like cricket, basketball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful as the teachers and lecturers are good and well experienced and have good and enough knowledge for teaching us. They teach us very clearly that it will also be applicable for industrial purposes, If we study smart and hard there will be no difficulty in the semester exams, and the pass percentage is the same at 35 %.
Other: The BE course is evergreen in all the courses, in our college, there will be many events and festivals and gatherings for sharing our knowledge with classmates and as well as juniors.

It is a decent college with good infrastructure, education, and environment.
Placements: Placement opportunities are very less in Raichur since it's a small city, and very few (usually local) companies come for recruitment. So don't expect too much regarding placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good, labs of civil, CS, and ECE are equipped well, and classrooms are big & have full ventilation There is a library, but there are no seating arrangements there, but you can take the books to your class or home. Our hostel is currently being used by IIIT students, but there are many hostels like Minority Hostel, BCM Hostel, SC-ST Hostel, etc., where students can live.
Faculty: Teachers here are knowledgeable & qualified, but some teachers are not fluent in English. They speak Kannada and English. Semester exams are somewhat tough, you need to start preparing for internal assessments, it would be a great help in the semester exams.
Other: I chose civil engineering because I like civil engineering. I wish there was more practical/field education along with theoretical subjects. Events like Ethnic Day, Rajyotsava, Teachers Day, Ayudh Puja, Ganesh Chaturthi, Independence Day, and Republic Day are celebrated in the college.

Education is good, but other activities are not conducted.
Placements: I studied Mechanical Engineering. Once my degree was over, I didn't get any placement from our college, and after that, I joined a mechanical company in Bangalore. Every work salary is too low, and after that, I joined an IT course institute in Bangalore. Now I am a Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: This college's education is good, and lab and facilities for study purposes are available. Everything is there in this college. Out of education, nothing is there. Those who want only education should join this college. Coming to sports, only cricket is available.
Faculty: Every semester is too easy; we are backbenchers. No semester is hard. I got 70 percentage. The teaching quality is excellent. After graduation, students are ready to do any job. I didn't see our seniors last four years; they had no fear to talk to anything. We need events.
Other: No events and college—exam—sports only.

The college has good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: In our college, the faculty are good. On average, 700 students are present in our college. Our class has 70 students. The highest package offered is about 7 LPA. Many companies came to our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and good buildings. We have 2 blocks, an administration block, and another block is for civil and mechanical branches. The classrooms have good lighting and fans. A library is available. A canteen is available. Good services and food are available. Playgrounds are also available.
Faculty: The college has government lecturers. There are different lecturers for different subjects. It makes students industry-ready. It's a technical course. The college offers higher education as well.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities, along with excellent and supportive staff.
Placements: No one got placed in campus placements from our batch because there were placements then, but our placement in-charge informed us about off-campus drives. Maybe now, our college has improved in terms of campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The classrooms were neat and clean with the comfortable seating arrangement. Even the lab facilities were excellent. We never faced any problems during our practicals. The hostel food was tasty and healthy too, and it was like home-made.
Faculty: The teachers of our college are well experienced and knowledgeable. The teaching was so good that even a normal student can understand the concepts easily. The teachers are very helpful in clearing our doubts. They care for every student like their own kids. I am proud to say that I am a CSE student at GEC.
Other: The software engineer was my dream job, so I joined the course. The syllabus must be updated according to the software market trends so that students can be confident to attend the job interviews.

I am dissatisfied with placements, laboratory, and lack of classrooms, etc.
Placements: There were no placement opportunities in the college. I have studied for four years, and I have never seen any placement drives. The college doesn't work for placements. There is no record of placements. This poor placement scenario is not only for our branch but also for all branches such as mechanical, civil, CS, and EC. Placements were not at all good.
Infrastructure: If a college has good infrastructure, it favours students' studies. Our college is not good at infrastructure. Water facility and canteen facilities are not available here. There was no bus facility. The major problem is we don't have any lab facility. There was no proper equipment in the laboratory. Students faced a lot of problems due to the lack of laboratory facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are good. They have good knowledge of their subjects. But the problem is that they are not able to complete the course in a given time. We face the same problem in all the semsters. Students have to study all the concepts in the syllabus. It's a huge burden on students.
Other: Only two events, i.e., freshers' day and farewell day were conducted in the college. These events were conducted by the students but not by the college management.
