Good college for spending 5 years.
Placements: Nearly all are having jobs because it's a medical college, so everyone can earn either by working private or government jobs. They can also earn even if they are doing PGs in the form of a stipend. Job opportunities are increasing every day as the number of patients is increasing.
Infrastructure: College is very old, so infrastructure is old, but it is still standing strong. Some part of college is new. Hostels are very nice and very near to college with very good mess facilities. There is a bridge that is connecting the boys hostel to the college, so it is easy to go.
Faculty: The faculty is very nice and helpful. Semesters are moderate, but marking is tough. Because teachers are making sure that we are prepared for university exams. Faculty will help you to pass every exam and will be initiating many other plans so that we can learn easily.
Other: I chose this course because it was my dream to study in Kerala. It is the oldest college. Mess food is very nice for Keralites but not for North Indian students. Lots and lots of fests are organized every year, which include both arts and sports.

Best medical college in Kerala.
Placements: Graduate students are placed into government services like UPSC, CMS, state government, or private practice. Many students opt for NEET PG, USMLE and PLAB. Average graduate student placement package is about 18 LPA. Some choose research pathways and management pathways.
Infrastructure: The college has well-established infrastructure with a 3300-bed hospital and an average OPD of 6,000. We have facilities for research project with opportunities of getting funded. The hostel has single and double shared rooms with facilities like a gym, a cafeteria, an indoor badminton court and WiFi. Food is of good quality and is assured by panel of students every week. Total annual mess expenditure is about 65,000.
Faculty: Colleges have the best doctors of state as faculties. We have over 400 well-experienced faculties. Faculties are always ready to teach us, even though they are busy with patients. We follow CBME curriculum proposed by NMC. Yearly exams are conducted by Kerala University of Health and Science, which are a bit difficult in nature.
Other: The course is a bit hard and causes stress to students. The college hosts an annual cultural and sports event every year. Most of the students of the institution are entitled to scholarships, which are provided by the state or central government. The college has different clubs with mentorship opportunities.

TMC is undoubtedly the best college in Kerala. It’s graduates are top Doctors.
Placements: The concept of placements doesn't apply to MBBS, but the training imparted here revolves around developing a clinical acumen which definitely lays the groundwork for the best doctors when the students graduate from here. TMC has a plethora of notable alumni.
Infrastructure: The campus is aesthetic and provides all the necessary equipments for studying like proper libraries, Wifi, labs, etc. The hostel, especially the girls hostel, is at subpar, it’s too congested and the food is unpalatable. Besides the Trivandrum climate is too harsh to thrive in.
Faculty: The faculty is well informed and qualified, although some of them are not very approachable. The curriculum is relevant as it is made by experienced doctors. The passing percentage at TMC is excellently attributable to the academic compendiums the union provides. We have helpful seniors.
Other: Variety of events and competitions are held here.
