Review of Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placements: In our batch, we have 250 seats in total. Admissions are purely merit-based through the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET). Most of our seniors have managed to clear NEET-PG and AIIMS entrance tests. Many have gone abroad to countries like the US, UK, Australia, etc. Some have joined as junior doctors and some have started their clinics. Others turned to other streams of medicine like genomics, bioinformatics, forensic science, etc.

It is the best college in Kerala to continue students' bright medical future.

Placements: TMC has high placements value because during their house surgeon period they get high clinical exposure, and mostly every student becomes capable to handle every situation. That makes them different and to get placed in many hospitals. Mostly every student who pass out from here gets PG selection or set their life in private or government hospitals so early and becomes the best doctors.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure and good placements.

Placements: All students who passed the final year exams got an internship in our college with a stipend of Rs. 25,000 per month. The internship is for one year. None of the companies visited our college for placements. Students who passed as a doctor can get jobs outside very easily.
