It is one of the oldest and most prestigious polytechnique colleges in the Vidarbha.

Placements: Placements were not that good as most of the students here try to get into UG course after they pass out the companies that visit here were mostly for a mechanical and electrical branch, not a computer and other branches and the ratio of getting placed was very low as it was a diploma course. The average salary package offered ranges from 1.5 LPA to 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered varies between 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The campus was big and has plenty of space for each department, but most of the buildings were old except for the computer and electrical building. Wi-Fi was not available, students can only get access to Wi-Fi inside the laboratory. It provides a huge library and plenty of books were available, and there was no canteen on the premises.

Faculty: Due to covid, most lectures were held online as well as exams for the current batch of students before that students had strict regulations to attend lectures and practicals. Exam pattern was semester wise, and there were two unit tests in each semester and final semester exam held by MSBTE.

Other: As a computer engineering student, I gain a lot of knowledge in programming from here because of some great teachers there.
