B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2027
Offered by Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society's Technical Campus

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty and no placements given.
Placements: The college has no placements cell. They are only providing degree skills exposure. Some local companies come to offer placements worth 12k and 15k to a Computer Science graduate. The job role would be of a salesmen or supervisor, or they will force you to sell insurance. So at the end of the course, there is no proper placements season. If you want to get placed, learn skills and go for off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The classes are clean for sitting and studying. The college has a purifier for drinking water, but the washrooms are terribly dirty. The college canteen has average food quality. Wi-Fi is available for the students. A basketball court is available. Overall, the college has an average campus.
Faculty: The faculty members are not even qualified enough to explain with clarity. The curriculum is not relevant enough to make us industry ready. The college’s mid semester exams are very easy to pass and the semester exams are to be given at different centres, which are not very difficult.

Our college is good for the middle-class family student to pursue their career.
Placements: Placements for IT sector like computer and IT branch is very good, also students from other branches who are interested get IT sectors. They provide good opportunities, but there is a very rare opportunity for getting placements in any civil or mechanical-related firm.
Infrastructure: I would rate it 5 stars because our college infrastructure is very good and spacious. Our library is spacious with a lot of books. Our washrooms are also clean. The classrooms are open and airy. Students have large gardens and an open basketball ground. Our college has many trees that give a very fresh environment.
Faculty: I am satisfied with its curriculum. Faculty members are very good. Students are glad to have such faculty members in our college. Semester exams are not easy, and it is hard to pass. If someone is regular at college and works hard throughout their sessions, then they can easily score well in their academics.
Other: I always wanted to be a civil engineer that's why I opted for this course. This year sports day is conducted in our college which is very fun.

Review of Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society's Technical Campus.
Placements: Placements were not that good, because MNCs doesn't take part in the placements. Most of the local companies take part in the campus placements, but I think this was because the college was just 11 years old.
Infrastructure: The facilities were good enough to live and relax after a whole day's hectic lectures but there was a lack of sport courts where the students could play cricket and football, the rest of the things are good. The whole campus was Wi-Fi if students know the right password. The rooms in hostels are big enough 3 students are allowed in one room with their separate storage. The quality of food was as usual average and sometimes below average. Normal medical facilities were available at the campus 24X7, but in extreme conditions, there was a transport facility is also available 24X7 in case someone needs it.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and qualified also but teaching was a different skill that every teacher doesn't know. As usual, the curriculum was outdated and in the college, they only focus on completing the syllabus. They don't focus on any type of software training, computer proficiency skills don't make the student's industry-ready.

It is a good college with pocket friendly.
Placements: Some good companies are visited our campus for recruitment, and some do the same process through online mode due to covid-19. Almost all students are placed with good salary in MNC. Companies also visit our campus to hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is beautiful, and one of the best infrastructures in the Bihar Jharkhand area. They provide a digital library, a Wi-Fi campus, and many more, with separate boys and girls hostels, but rules are mandatory for all students.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, and they are friendly with students. They provide students all the notes they want, and possibly help them with their trouble. It also provides extra curriculum activities for students, and all the AICTE mandatory activities are also provided.

Totally dissatisfied because of bad placements, college environment, faculty and education.
Placements: 1. No one placed in my course.
2. No salary offered to any student in my course
3. Not any company came for recruitment for my course.
4. No roles offered in my course.
5. My college is a business place with no placements guarantee.
6. I didn't do any internship in my course.
Infrastructure: 1. There are 6-7 courses available but can't give the guarantee for placement. Wi-Fi is available in campus but it's useless. Labs and machines are good but they don't know how to operate them.
2. The food available is worst in hostel. No game place and no medicine facilities.
Faculty: 1. Teachers were unskilled. Most faculty members are M.Tech completed and less experience in education. Most faculty members are not helpful and even they are narrow minded.
2. No, course curriculum is not relevant.
Other: 1. I didn't have any idea about civil engg. Family suggested so chose civil engineering and nothing is best in civil engineering.
2. There were no scholarship provided.
