Overall, the college is average, but the placements are below average.

Placements: Placements in GNDEC are not very good compared to other engineering colleges in Punjab except Thapar and PEC. In GNDEC, the placements are good for CSE and IT branches, as many companies visit the campus to offer them placements. The average package offered to them was 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Placements for the electrical branch are not good. Hardly, 20% of the students got placed in companies, and the package offered was very low, which was around 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA, and the maximum package offered to ...

Satisfied with my college but not with fees. Other than its fee, all are very good in the college.

Placements: The college provides placements to students, but you have to be ahead of your classmates to get placed because the number of companies visiting the campus is very few. Only 15% to 20% of the students in every branch got placed in the campus placements. You will get good salary packages after 3-4 years of B.Tech from GNDEC.

One of the oldest in the region, Reputed, good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placements in the college are good, but not great! For mechanical, there were only a few core companies. Largely Infosys, Accenture TCS were the main attractions. The training & placement cell has a energetic team and I believe that in future more core companies will be interested.

Awesome infrastructure good faculty excellent job opportunities.

Placements: We had moderate placement year in 2018 but our seniors enjoyed a pretty good year of placement in 2017 with almost 90% of them securing job opportunity in the campus placement There is opportunity to join companies like Accenture, Infosys or TCS along with many other stream oriented employers throughout the placement season.

Satisfied with Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.

Placements: Placements in the college are decent with an average package of around 4-6 LPA. Many companies like Infosys, Accenture, TCS, etc., visit the campus for placements. Almost 80% of the students got placed in the campus placements. There is a placement team in our college which helps the students to prepare for the aptitude and interview so that there are maximum chances to get placements. Students got placed in the roles like software testing and software developing.

This college is the oldest and the best college in Ludhiana.

Placements: If you look at a broader perspective, I would say that the placements in the college are above average. One thing you need to understand is that getting placed in a decent company depends on various internal and external factors.

Completely satisfied because of the qualified staff and proper infrastructure.

Placements: In our college, a lot of companies should come for providing the jobs to the students. Many students from my batch and from my senior's batch got benefits from the opportunities that were provided by the companies. Salary package offered by the companies lies between 2-4.5LPA.

This is the better place to study, and the faculty members are highly knowledgeable.

Placements: Placements record in the college is quite better than other colleges in north India. Almost 60-65% of the student got placed in our senior batch. The average salary offered by the companies was around 3.25 LPA. Some of the companies that visited our college for placements are Dell, Shapoorji Pallonji, HCL, TCS, Avon, etc. There is also a training and placement cell in the college, and it is quite useful.

The college is good for every student to study.

Placements: This college is the best regarding placements. Our batch and our senior batch students easily got placed in different IT companies. Famous companies like Infosys, Accenture, and TCS visit the college for placements. Generally, the role offered to the placed students is system engineer. Students can easily get the stipend of around 10 to 15 thousand during an internship.

Placements: Placements were decent with an average package of 3.5 Lacs annually and the same goes for our senior batch. The highest package was equivalent to 6.5 Lacs. Companies like accenture, saint gobain, infosys, mahindra and mahindra come to our college for recruitments offering roles like assistant technical managers, production management, etc. Approximately. 90 percent of our students got placed. Overall, the college is good. This is a good option if you live in Punjab or neighbourhood.

Placements: Many companies visited the campus for placements, and almost all students who passed the exams, even with low percentages got placed in the campus placements. The average salary package offered was around Rs. 30,000 per month, and that too in metro cities. A few students who didn't get jobs had very less percentage, and their knowledge and IQ levels were too low according to the selectors. Rest all are doing great with their life.

Some of the companies that visited our campus are Sonalika, TCS, Accenture, HP, Sapient, SML, Trident Group, Dell, DLF Delhi, Flextronics, etc. Getting internships from college is very rare, and same is for the stipend. Review of our college and faculty members.

Placements: The placements of our college are good, but the placements for the students of civil engineering are not good. Rest of all the branches have good placements. The mass recruiters for the students of the civil department are Sampoorji and Pollanji. The companies like Wipro and TCS are the mass recruiters for the students of CS and IT departments. If you take admission in CSE or IT, then you will get placed easily.

Placements: Overall placement is good but there are only few companies coming for interviews. The placement is good in the previous batches as I concerned with my seniors. The companies like L&T come for the placement but these companies are not visiting in our times but the placement is good and real in the college.

Placements: Placement of a college keeps on fluctuating so in our college these are just a number and don't believe on that if you have the capability you can earn a job and even provide a job. Between we always see mass recruiters in our college always preferring CSE or it branch.

Glimpse to the campus experience at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering college.

Placements: Many big companies regularly visit our campus. Training & Placement department has given their best efforts to assist students in arranging training and in placement. However I saw no efforts from departments to prepare students from pre-placement point of view, this results in lesser students getting placed.
