    Same like all IPU Colleges.
Placements: The average package is around 8 LPA, and the college area is small. Faculty are okay; for placement, you have to study on your own. Most faculty are from the Sikh community. Companies like Wipro come, and some are placed at Amazon also by their own training and internship. The college will provide little support.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in the college, but there is a gym which is okay and has all the basic equipment. There are 2 canteens, both are good, and there is one gurdwara also in the college. Classrooms are okay, there are ACs in classrooms, and the library is also nice. Sports and games facilities are also not that bad.
Faculty: Faculty are some nice and some not that good, but overall okay. The course curriculum is the same as all IPU colleges. Semester exams are easy mostly, except in Maths. Most students have got back in that. Sometimes, teachers are qualified and helpful.

GTBIT offers a good blend of academic rigour, decent placement support, and solid infrastructure.
Placements: In recent years, GTBIT has seen a steady placement record, with several students being well placed in well-known companies, particularly in the field of engineering. Top recruiters include multinational companies such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and HCL. The highest package offered typically ranges between 6-8 LPA.
Infrastructure: GTBIT has well-ventilated classrooms, equipped with projectors and modern teaching aids to facilitate interactive learning. The college has various specialized labs for various departments. The library is another highlight, stocked with a wide range of books.
Faculty: The examination system of GTBIT follows the guidelines set by the affiliated university, GGSIPU. The exams are typically conducted at the end of each semester and consist of theory and practical papers. The exams are structured to test both theory and practical knowledge.

Dissatisfied with classes as well as the infrastructure.
Placements: The average package provided by the college is not that good. Very few students get high packages. The placement rate is average. High-paying companies such as Amazon only select 1-2 students, not more than that. Most backed companies visit the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good. It's an old infrastructure. Classes do not only have fans. Classrooms need maintenance. Lifts on campus are not in working condition. Buildings also look quite old. The ground is small. Washrooms need maintenance too and walls are dirty.
Faculty: You have to study yourself. Don't depend on the college classes. There is no issue of attendance at all; you will not be departed or fined for attendance. Mid-semester exams are usually not that tough. There are not many loads for assignments. Don't depend on the teacher for your studies or classes. Most of the time, classes get cancelled.

    Gtbit ki kahani merit zubaani.
Placements: Placements are not that big for our college as the average package offered is about 3 LPA to 5 LPA, but the highest package in the last few years was 52 LPA, offered to one of our college's students. Many big companies like Google, Microsoft, and Wipro come for placement hiring.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Each and every class has 2 air conditioners, and almost every lab is hygienically maintained and fully air-conditioned. But there is no availability of hostel on our campus, but there are many PGs in the neighboring areas.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and supportive. The way most of the teachers teach is good. They all provide notes for better understanding, and regular lab classes are held under the guidance of lab assistants. The semester exams are not hard; if you know the concepts, you can easily crack them.

    An above-average college.
Placements: In order to take part in placements in GTBIT, it is necessary for the student to have an average CGPA of 8. The companies look for skill-enhanced students and ask questions that force the students to think out of the box. The teachers also prepare students for these types of questions.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities in GTBIT, but many PGs and flats are available at quite affordable prices with lunch services. All classrooms have ACs, and the labs have a certain number of computers working. The availability of medical facilities is easier due to the location, as one can easily visit the outside market and get any medicine for themselves.
Faculty: Every teacher is very well-educated and very helpful when it comes to asking for any sort of help in terms of education, experience, placements, or anything else. They make students very much aware of the outside world. Semester exams are not tough if attention is paid in class. Passing is 40% in exams.
Other: College life is not very much as one can expect, as the campus is not very large, but the area it is situated in is excellent. The crowd, the neighborhood, and there are no connectivity issues of any sort. Events and fests keep happening, like Diwali celebrations, Dandiya nights, Bollywood day, etc.

Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology Review.
Placements: Placement is decent and not that good. The majority of companies visiting campus offer internships, and based on internship performance, they offer full-time roles. Companies like TCS and Infosys also visit. They do mass recruiting. Overall, the placement is decent; don't expect too much from the college.
Infrastructure: The campus is small. The college has one canteen and one Mother Dairy. The canteen food is okay. There is one gym also on the campus. One demerit is that the campus doesn't have its own ground. In total, there are three blocks: one is for lectures, another is for labs, and the other one is where the projector rooms are.
Faculty: The faculty is good. They don't bother you too much for anything. Just like any college, you need to submit your assignments on time, and you are all set. Attendance isn't an issue here. Other than the end-sem, two mid-sems happen here. Question papers for these exams are set by the university itself.
Other: There is Sikh reservation in this college, so you will meet many Sikhs here. There isn't much diversity here.
