It's a good college with average placements.

Placements: The placements at this college are generally average, but occasionally companies like Amazon come for recruitment. The placement cell is quite helpful and supports students in their job search. Companies like TCL and Wipro are regular recruiters at the college.

I am satisfied with this college, and you can take it if you are not finding any government college.

Placements: I have heard that most of the mass recruiting companies come to this college, and sometimes big names like Amazon and Google also step in. It generally offers the post of normal software engineers here with companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Tata mainly.

My experience at GTBIT for CSE.

Placements: So my experience at GTBIT was neutral—not so good, not so bad. From there, I pursued a B.Tech. in CSE. My batch included 50 students at that time (shift 1). There are enough places to hang out. Students there are friendly and motivating. At my time, the highest package went to Amazon for INR 44 LPA, and the average was INR 4-5 LPA. Internships are less common, according to other IPU colleges. Overall, my experience was good. If your JEE Mains rank is between 2 and 3 lakhs, you can definitely loo...

It has good placements opportunity, and our college life is better.

Placements: Good placement opportunities are provided to the CSE students. Many companies like ZS Associates, Data Insights, and Josh Technologies group offer great packages to CSE students, and many companies like Egencia and small start-ups visit our college to hire students. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA by Amazon. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA by TCS. Everyone gets placements in our college.

Review of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements are good, and about 70% of students got placed. There is a good placement cell in GTBIT in the last 2 years. Top companies like Amazon, Paytm, Airtel, and Samsung have come and given a package of around 5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are TCS, Microsoft, IBM, Byjus, and Lido.

It is a decent college for placements, facilities and faculty members, but the fee is a bit high.

Placements: Around 30% to 40% of the students get placed in good companies. Do not expect that you will get placed in FAANG unless you are extraordinarily talented. The highest salary package offered in the previous passed out batch is 10 LPA. The average salary package grabbed by most of the students is around 3 LPA-4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top companies like Uber, Zomato, etc., visited here for placements. Every student gets an opportunity to do an internship, which is provid...

College with main focus on academics.

Placements: Most companies are visiting our college to hire student into their companies but the best package is offered by amazon which is about 29 Lacs rupee for every course there are companies to hire. Any branch student can get the software job by attending the interview.

Faculty sector is very good but you have to compromise with infrastructure.

Placements: More than 85% percent students get placed with the highest packages upto 28 lacs per annum by the companies like Amazon and paytm. And minimum packages are 4 to 5 lacs. And also off campus placement facilities are provided to students and they can take placement in all related IP colleges.

I am absolutely satisfied because of good placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are moderate. Around 80-90% of the students got placed from the computer science branch, but the placements in other branches are not very good. The highest salary package of 28.5 LPA, and it is offered by Amazon, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 lac. Very few companies visit here for internships.

Review of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements here are not up to the mark. Only students of a few courses like CS, IT, and ECE with coding skills get the chance to attend the placement interview. EEE students suffer because none of the companies related to their job profile visits the college. The average package offered is up to 4 LPA.

It is a good college and has helpful faculty, but the institute is going to close in 2018.

Placements: Placements in our college are very bad. But till now, very few companies visited for placement and offered the salary that ranges from Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. Students who scored above 70% in academics got selected for placements. Companies like Wipro and Samsung visited the college in the past few years. Very few students got selected for placements from the institute.

The college provides good college life with decent placements.

Placements: During our tenure, around 70% of the students got placed, and in previous batches, almost 80-90% of the students got placed. Placements are degrading for the current batches, but they are still much better than any MDU college and also many IPU colleges.
