If students do not have money problems then do not visit this college.

Placements: Placements are good if students are from CSE, if students ask for non core students. The average salary package offered ranges from 7 LPA - 10 LPA. For non core branch, the minimum salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 6 LPA.

Review of HIT - Haldia Institute of Technology.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide any placements. There was high politics on campus. They do not guide for resume preparation either trained us with any aptitude test. There is no value for education. Even mark sheet numbers are not acceptable. Placement officers were corrupted. The college depends on money from management quota.

College For Not To Study.

Placements: 42/196 students were placed in wipro and after that no company visited. Only one company for IT and CSE. The highest salary offered was 3.6 lacs. The scenario of core branch is the worst. Many companies have blacklisted this college. In a nutshell there is no scope of placement. Placement here is just for name.

An objective picture of this college.

Placements: Mostly, service-based companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit the campus. If you want to place in big companies, then you have to work hard. Many of the companies have already blacklisted because many times the students who are not able to qualify for the placement interview, they do strike and hamper the placement. So, in that way, the companies go back.

All the hell that I have gone through my life.

Placements: The placements assistance is good, but need to be improved. Some of the cases arise because of fake companies or company not providing what they offer during campus interviews. Even after the student's strike, companies are offering less than the minimum labour pay per day decided by the Indian government say Rs. 5000 - Rs. 10000.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: Placement is not so good as most students in the final year are jobless. 3 LPA is the average salary offered. Infosys and Wipro have visited the campus. Generally, IT roles are offered. Internships are hard to get here. They are the same as on the online websites. Companies visiting the college campus for internships are very rare.

Totally unsatisfied because of the faculty, placement, very bad facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Placement is not so good as it was below average for our batch. Only 10-15% students got placed. The highest salary offered was 4 lacs and only one or two students got it. The lowest salary was 96k. Infosys and Wipro came in zero slot but only 140 students got placed. The roles offered were that of an associate software engineer, etc. Less than one percent students got an internship from the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty members and the placement efforts they are making.

Placements: Below average placements and the faculty members are not even worried about it. A very less number of companies have visited yet and they are also of a maximum 2.5 to 3 lakh. Some are even as low as 90k per annum. They force you to sit for those companies and if you get placed they will remove your name from the placement group and term you as placed.

Dissasatisfied with placement, job and faculty.

Placements: The placement is very bad. No company came into this college in my course. The teachers is very bad. People are not friendly and very arrogant. The rooms are very dirty. The only good thing about this college is the study material.

Very bad faculty members and even worse placement in 2017 and 2018.

Placements: Placement in core companies is very less. You can get placement in software companies but that too had reduced in recent years. If you are looking for a good placement in core companies then you should not be here. Placement is about 30 percent of the total student in the batch.
