I am satisfied with this nice college.

Placements: The ratio of students getting placements from our course is very less as our course is mostly based on teaching or writing career. Although some students get placed as content writers or executives. Around 60-80% of students got placed in good companies like Indigo. The biggest company visited our college till date is TCS. Students get a salary package of around 3 LPA - 5 LPA. Roles such as customer executive, manager, accountant, etc., are the job roles offered.

Good to enroll. You will not get disappointed.

Placements: My course is almost academic in nature. The course prepares us to pursue a teaching or writing career in future. So it doesn't have that much scope in corporate world. That's the reason the number of students getting placed from my course is quite low. Although the college placement record is pretty good. Many students get placement in good companies from different departments like B.Com. Even companies like TCS have also came to our college for placement. The percentage of placement is almost 8...

Pretty satisfied. Good to go.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is pretty good. Almost 80-90% students of our college get placement is good MNCs like TCS, indigo etc. With a package of around 2-7 Lacs. Sometimes it also crosses 8 lakh per year. However, in my course the percentage of students getting placed is pretty less as my course in mostly academic in nature rather than for corporate world. The course prepare the students for higher studies in future and most of the literature students aims to go for a teaching or writi...

I am satisfied with the value for money, & it has good infrastructure, and helpful teachers.

Placements: Almost 15-20% of the students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA - 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 2.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA - 1.5 LPA. Almost every company requires an assistant accountant and auditor. So it's tough to name a few companies. Top roles offered are business development manager, financial consultant service, product manager, associates in different categories, etc.

An honest and real life experienced review of Heramba chandra college (Kolkata).

Placements: The placement is good, reputed companies like TCS comes every year to hire freshers and if you have a good time in the college you will get selected, your communication skills must be good, and if you have focused to understand topics and concept and posses a good knowledge about different aspects of accounting and related topics, you will get placed The highest package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest is around 1.2 LPA for a freshers, this is a approximate value and can vary year to year General...

It is one of the best colleges in South Kolkata.

Placements: I am in the 5th semester, but the college has not provided any placements yet. I think they will arrange placements soon. I heard they give decent placements. Our college also provides internship programs.

It is worth to take admission here.

Placements: In our course, there are not many opportunities in the private sector as our course is most suitable for the teaching profession. Every year top-notch companies visit our college to hire freshers for jobs. Around 80% of the students get placements. About 90% of students get placed with high salaries, while about 60% of students get placed with decent salaries. Almost 25% of the students get internship opportunities in good companies. So far ITC is the most topmost company which visited our colle...

Placements: 20% of students got placed mostly in TCS, Indigo Airlines and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. The package offered is around 2.4 Lacs per annum. Internships are offered mostly by Internshala. They offer trainee and sales manager roles mostly. Very few students took up internships.

I recommend all students join this college if they want to join in this subject.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. If we further study this course, then we will definitely get a good MBA college. It depends upon the score, but it is highly recommended as it rates one of the best colleges for a B.Com honours course.

In Heremba Chandra College, I had a knowledgeable experience.

Placements: Our college offers a great opportunity for placements. First, students need to enrol for placements. Then a placement test is organised, and after that, companies like TCS, etc., conduct placements. It is not very hard to crack the placement drives. Many students from our college got jobs through the placement programme.

Review of Heramba Chandra College.

Placements: There were hardly any placements. Only two firms visited our college that too with BPO level jobs. Upskilling workshops are not conducted here.

It is a good college with some scope for improvement.

Placements: The placement cell wasn't the best, and few recruitments done weren't of enough high quality for most of the students. The placement cell needs more attention and needs to be more proactive to ensure more students to get placed through the cell rather than through outside forums.

Our college has good faculty members and curriculum but has bad infrastructure.

Placements: Around 80% of the students got placed in the previous year list. The highest salary package offered was 90%, and the lowest salary package offered was 60%. ITC was the top recruiting company of our college. Almost 25% of the students got internships. B.Com, B.A, B.Sc. accounts and English honours are the courses offered in our college. The cut-off level is very high, nearly about 80%, but if I don't want honours, then it will need only 40%.

Teachers were helpful. You need to take Calcutta University seriously. Otherwise, you may regret it.

Placements: Only 20% of the students got placed with the highest salary package of approximately 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Our college had a good number of crowd, and the timing is very comfortable for the students.

All are great - the teaching staff, professors, seniors and general secretary.

Placements: Placements and Job opportunities totally depend on how your marks are. Our college does not provide internships but you can get good job opportunities if you have good marks. If you have enough confidence in yourself and meet all the requirements Placements are given by reputed companies like TCS.

Really satisfied because of the faculty and placements.

Placements: About 70% of our college students were placed. Many companies come like ICICI, TCS, Standard chartered and many more companies they give 30 LPA and gives start-up placements too. Marketing and finance based jobs are offered. The lowest package is 2 to 5 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Placements were below par. Hardly any good company visited our campus during our final year. The good ones like TCS and PWC came and just recruited the creamiest portion of the batch. Out of the total students in our batch only 17 got selected for TCS and less than 10 got hired in PWC. The highest package offered by TCS was 2.2lakhs p. a and the highest by PWC was 3.6lakhs p. a.
