One of the best engineering colleges in Kolkata in each and every aspect.

Placements: The placements in our college are good. Every year, in our department, almost 95% students are placed. The highest salary offered was 16 LPA. Last year, the average salary offered was 3 LPA. Every year, a lot of companies like TCS, cognizant, Philips, Microsoft etc., visit the college for the placements. Most of them are the IT companies.

A college where you'll get all the opportunities to move further in your life.

Placements: The placement status of this college is average. All the eligible students get the chances to sit in the interview. But maximum the IT companies come for placement here. From last 3 years TCS is hiring the highest number of students from here. Other than TCS tech mahindra, capgemini, Godreg and other companies come. The placed percentage of this college is above 85% (for the eligible candidates) the average salary offered here is 3.5 approximately.

Good placement, good infrastructure, but it would be better if you know Bengali.

Placements: I don't want to waste much of your time, so I am directly describing my college Placement scenario. Placement is okay here. The highest package of previous year was ?16 Lacs. And average package is around ?3-4 Lacs. But one demerit of the placement cell is that they won't allow you to sit for other companies if you already get selected in any company which came earlier on the campus.

No good placements are available in core department. Good for CS and IT.

Placements: Very bad record of placements are there in the civil engineering department. In my branch, 140 students are graduating in 2018, and approximately 10% of the students got placed, i.e. about 15 - 17 students. I am suffering now for taking civil engineering. I do not recommend to others.

The faculty members are okay, and infrastructure is good. No fests and events on the campus.

Placements: The placements in our college are the best among the private engineering colleges, if and only if you opt for CSE or IT. The rest of the departments are just for increasing funding. This year in 2018, the first autonomy batch will pass out. They have doubled the seats. Still, everyone from civil engineering department is yet to be placed. The companies which are purely based on sales come for the placements. They will kick you out for sure if you don't meet the deadlines.

A honest review on Heritage Institute of Technology.

Placements: Overall, the placements for 2016 and 2017 batches were good. In 2017, around 505 students were hired by TCS (from all the stream of B.Tech). Many other IT companies like IBM, Tech Mahindra, and Capgemini also hired a good number of students from ECE, CSE, and IT stream. For chemical engineering, core placements were mainly in Linde India, PCBL, Berger Paints, VA Tech Wabag, and Durgapur Cements. From chemical engineering stream, almost 90 percent of the eligible candidates got placed in the year...

Hitk= Good Infrastructure+ awesome faculty members+ lots of friends+macha+ canteen and so on.

Placements: Placement were pretty good for our batch and for previous batches also. TCS and other software companies came during the time of campus placement. Also core companies came to hire students from particular branches. Software companies mainly offered software developer and associate software engineer roles. About 30% students are now an intern in several companies.

Satisfied with academics and research works. Absolutely dissatisfied when it comes to events.

Placements: The placements in our college is quite good as compared to other colleges under MAKAUT. The placements of our batch is expected to be good as per the previous year's placement record. Placements in our college two years ago was record breaking. Placements in the Computer Science and Engineering department was close 90% and overall placements being around 70% the last year. It should be preferred over other private colleges due to aforementioned and good infrastructure.

Placements: Most of the seniors got placed in IT companies. TCS is a mass recruiter, it took 510 students. Domains are IT, ITIS, EIS, and digital enterprise. Other companies like Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, ITC Infotech Limited, BYJUs (took only one student), etc., came to the college. Production and manufacturing firms like Godrej, Ideal properties, Philips Carbon Black Limited, and BRG Iron and Steel came to the college. Nice place to study and fulfill your dreams.

Placements: The placement is quite impressive compare to the other college which we can get from WBJEE. But there aren't many companies which are related to core department. But almost 85% to 90% student get a chance to secure their future. Mainly TCS, Tech mahindra come to our College.

Heritage institute of technology.

Placements: Placements are pretty good as compared to many private colleges in West Bengal. Surely out cannot be compared with the nits and iiits but still it is good. Mainly for CSE branch it is much better. If u want to take admission through WBJEE then this college is a good option for you.

Placements: Only one is placed, rest of others waiting for the company but it is good for B.Tech near about all of them are placed and good thing is lots of MNC company is visiting. They also provides pre-training for the placement. If talk about the percentage of placement it's near about 90%. Average salary package is 3.2 Lacs for B.Tech and 4.2 Lacs for M.Tech.

Overall, it is a good college with the best infrastructure and all other facilities.

Placements: The college provides average placements for all the branches except the civil and mechanical departments. TCS is the mass recruiting company that often visits our college. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA approximately, those who prefer to get an internship from college, they get it very well, but no stipend is offered. The placement cell faculty are good, and it's very useful.

Placements: A good number of companies visit the college for placements. TCS is the biggest mass recruiter. Some core companies also visit our college at the end and hire only a few students. Around 80% of the students easily get placed. Other companies related to different fields like sales and marketing visit the college for placements and offer a salary package of around 8 LPA.

Really good infrastructure and facilities but placement policy is a little lack lustre.

Placements: I would not say that placements here are vey good but it is getting better every year. After becoming autonomous, the Institute has done good but average salary is still not so much at par. Maximum students are placed in mass recruitment but talented students go out of the crowd and are place in companies like Microsoft as well.

So Its better to come and see our HITk campus.

Placements: The placement is quite good. Its about 85%. But the package is little bit low. Mainly mass recruitment is done By TCS. Whose monthly salary is about 3.3 lakhs. But most of the students can get a minimum of one job so it is quite good for students. And here the faculty members are very good.
