Best private college in Kolkata. Fortunate to be here.

Placements: Placement was better than previous years. approximately 50 percent student gets placed. The highest salary was approximately 8 Lacs per annum. Company like TCS, BYJUS, TEJA, GODREJ visited. Yes there is a place to cell in our college. It works so efficiently. Some students got internship from college.

Moderately satisfied, infrastructure is very good, faculty is partial towards some students.

Placements: Almost 85% students get placed every year. Maximum placement is done by TCS. Many other companies such as Wipro, Microsoft (only sometimes)etc. are tied up. Core placement is not so good as people from biotech and civil also have to work in tcs. They don't get the desired job.

The experience is good, fascinating and all three years so far have went in satisfaction.

Placements: Placements are good. All most all the students get placed at the end of the course. Mass recruitment is done by TCS mainly. Other companies also visit like cognizant, accenture, all solutions, tech Mahindra etc. The training and placement cell of Heritage Institute of Technology is very active and is very communicative. It ensures that every student gets quality opportunity to get placed.

Good placement, Awesome infrastructure, Autonomous.

Placements: Placement in this college is very good. Multiple MNCs comes to this college like TCS, VIPRO, INFOSYS, CAPZIMINI etc. The percentage of selected students in campus interview is also very impressive. Almost 80% students who were eligible were selected on campus interview previous year.

Review of my college and my department.

Placements: Never seen the face of any good core companies. Some small companies did come but the package and the quality of the company they offered was not the one that a B.Tech Mechanical Engineer expects. The companies that come for campusing should be more of specific type and the number of good companies coming should increase.

The best private engineering college in Kolkata.

Placements: Most of us were placed in TCS, but people also got into core industries. I don't remember the percentages, but all the students who studied hard got jobs. The salary offered was around 2-5 LPA. The companies like TCS, Godrej, Tech Mahindra, etc., came to the campus. The roles offered as a junior engineer, sales, etc. Almost everybody got internships. I don't remember anybody getting a stipend. There is a placement cell in the college. It is better than most other colleges but not the best.

This is the best private college in West Bengal, but not as good as it is expected to be.

Placements: The placements are not very good on the campus. The placements could have been much better and secure. Afterall, it is about the future of the students and their families. Only a few got jobs in core sectors. The others had to work in whatever company they got to work for. If the institution can't provide jobs to students of their following departments, then it is not a good college in providing the placements. Most of the didn't even get jobs.

Overall college has a good environment to study as well as for enjoyment.

Placements: Heritage has a overall good placement record. Almost all the final year eligible students are placed in last 2-3 years. Top companies like TCS Wipro, cognizant, Capgemini etc. visited every year for the placement. Maximum package is approximately 12 LPA and average is about 3.4 LPA. There are many core companies that visited our campus for Mech, civil, ECE, electrical.

The college has good teachers and great campus.

Placements: I got placed in Infosys and Wipro, which are slot 0 companies, and as per institute rules, we could not sit for further companies. Placements in our college were good for our department. Except for a few students, all got placed. The average salary package offered was about 3.5 LPA.

Nice infrastructure, good placement. Overall a good college for enjoying college life and future.

Placements: Good placement. More than 80% students of 2015 batch have been placed having good packages. Average salary offered for every student is 4-5 Lacs per annum. Also the good scope for GATE and further higher studies in IITs or abroad. Overall it is a good college having a lot of opportunities.

A Top Class College For Engineering. It Can Built Your Future.

Placements: It is the number one private college in west Bengal. The placement record is very good here. Companies like Hyundai, Google, Microsoft has come for placement. This year almost 90% of the students were placed. Maximum of them got jobs in multinational companies. Salary offered by the companies are also very good. 3.5 LPA to 12 LPA has been offered.

Faculty members very supportive.

Placements: Placement was very good till last year but unfortunately this year due to many reasons there is reduction in the number of students placed. Anyways college is putting lot of efforts and companies are coming almost every week and hopefully everyone will get placed before course completion.

Worth spending the 4 years.

Placements: In our batch, around 65% of all students are placed as of now. In our immediate senior batch, it was more than 80%. I personally got job offers from 2 companies. Also, I got a paid internship through the placement cell. If you have minimum marks secured and you're from CSE, ECE or IT, you'll certainly get a job.

Not totally satisfied because for underexposure to industry, poor faculty and poor management.

Placements: Story of placements is same as of other majority of private colleges. Getting a job from here isn't a problem at all. Job security is guaranteed as long as you're slightest of active and don't perform exceptionally bad; if you need is a Job in any MNC just after college. Talking of which WIPRO and TCS are major recruiters here (and everywhere). Due to which average package from our branch (ECE considered 2nd best in our college regarding placements) does't exceed 3.5 LPA. However few exceptions ...

College life at Heritage Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements are good. Mostly TCS comes. TCS is a mass recruiter. Other mass recruiters are CTS, Infosys. Lots of opportunities for IT, CS ECE background people. Other recruiters include IBM, Polaris, Tech Mahindra. Not many companies come for core branch like mechanical, civil.

Quality of education, teachers, infrastructure are all good but you will not get good job opportunity

Placements: Placements are there but 95% of the companies are only IT related. I think placement is up to 80%. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Godrej and many IT based companies are the recruiter for this college. All the companies offer the average salary of 3,36,000 p. a.

Fair review on Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata.

Placements: Placements were decent just like any other college in West Bengal. There is not many IT based companies that offer good inkata. Yet the computer department has been excellent. There is ample scope of learning. We have had 10-24 lakhs packages from our department on off-campus ones. That really proves the quality of our department.

Overall a great institute to balance your life with education and fun.

Placements: Very good placement in reputed companies. In 2015, TCS alone have employed 510 students from different courses and in 2016 508 students were employed by TCS and other companies like Tech Mahindra, Cognizant etc. Have been a regular employer. But still, average salary need to be improved.

HITK best college in Kolkata.

Placements: The college brings you one of the most superior placement. Our previous batches got very good placement. Last year TCS placed approximately 500 students from Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata. Many of them got placed in the core sectors, and about 80% students got internships and jobs.

Detailed analysis of Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata

Placements: Only MNCs and if you are selected in one then you are not allowed to sit in other . After the round of MNC then we have some better paying company. This does not work well with the students who are placed in the MNC. Internship opportunities are compared to null.
