It is a good college with a good environment and sports and is good for studies as well.
Placements: Students with no backlogs can give interviews with various companies. Whereas students with 1 or 2 backlogs are also given a chance to be placed in a company. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA and the average salary package offered was about 5 LPA.
Faculty: All the teachers are pretty helpful and highly knowledgeable and good at teaching. The course if read properly makes you ready for all the challenges you may face when joining industries. There are 8 semesters in the course, and there are 2 sessional internal and external practicals. Each semester has plenty of preparation.
Other: College is good overall. Sports involvement is also good so If you're good at sports you can plan for inter-university competitions.

This college is a good choice among tier-4 colleges.
Placements: Placements here are confirmed if you have no backlogs and your skills and technical knowledge are good. However, the starting package could be from 1.2 LPA - 1.8 LPA for mechanical engineering students. Good points are that you get to appear for interviews being held in other colleges and universities. Top recruiting companies include MAT Friction Groups, Asahi glasses, Indian Navy for UES entries, Indian Army for tech entries but keep your CGPA above 8.5 for sure call letter. Internships are mostly your duty, and college won't arrange it for you. The starting role you will be offered is as a graduate trainee if you get placed.
Infrastructure: We have facilities like Wi-Fi, library, labs facilities need a lot of improvement. They provide 20 MB/per day as Jio Wi-Fi which is too low. Libraries have a scarcity of books and sports infrastructure is below average. Labs have good equipment except a few. Medical assistance is good and there is a hospital run by the group which is attached to the college.
Faculty: Few teachers are good here and trained in their subjects. They teach with enthusiasm, and the teaching quality is average. You better study by yourself. I don't think that curriculum can make students ready for the industry, industry pays us low because they have to teach us something which we haven't been taught and it works for them. University gives good marks to other courses except engineering specially in non-circuit branches.
Other: This college has the best value for money and indeed is good as compared to other colleges in the city. You can complete your B.Tech by paying 2.5 lacks maximum. Scholarships are provided only to ST /SC/minorities, and OBC candidates and they just get a 3,500 allowance as scholarships.

It is the best private college with a low budget.
Placements: Placements are not available here, and they only provide the link. Internships are also not provided by the college, and students have to find it on their own. Still, it is the best college in Sonipat among all private colleges.
Infrastructure: The library is quite good, but there is no Wi-Fi facility. The infrastructure of our college is average. Labs are working on an average basis. Some instruments are working, but some are not. Classrooms are quite average. There is a hostel facility, but there are no medical facilities on the campus. Sports are available here.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, well-qualified, but their behaviour is like government teachers. There is no curriculum activity, and the course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. All teachers are quite good and supportive, and the staff members are excellent.
Other: I have chosen this course because it makes me feel better.

Best In terms of Teaching, infrastructure but dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: In Hindu college of engineering, the placement of CSE and ECE department is quite good but in mechanical department the placement is not good. The highest package in our college is 5 LPA in CSE department and in Mechanical department the last year placement record is that only 30% student got placed and the highest package from them was 2.8 LPA.70% of total seats were filled and only 30% got placed. Average package was about 2.5 LPA. Generally 80% student completed their internship in mechanical companies like Steel industries.
Infrastructure: The campus is okay. WI-FI is available only in library. Class room is good and There is no AC and cooler facilities. The facilities in Hostel is quite good and quality of food is good. However fees is quite high. In our college only Basketball and Cricket is available. Library is also good.
Faculty: The teachers in our college is very helpful. They are quite good in behavior also. And teaching style is also good. During teaching they focus on mostly students and if any have doubt then they try to clear the doubt and then move on further topics. Yes Teachers are helpful for providing industrial knowledge and at the end of course 80% students are ready to be in industry.
Other: I am interested in Mechanical Engineering. I have learnt a lot of things. The things must be improve like providing better exposure to the latest machines. The fests are also held in our college once in a year. Various workshop also held in our department to provide best knowledge regarding the latest technology.

College staff and infrastructure are good, but they should give more attention to skill development.
Placements: Around 20% to 25% of the students get placements from our college. The highest salary package offered was 2.16 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 1.86 LPA. Top recruiting companies were MB Deco and Roulunds Braking. Roles offered here were as a production supervisor and maintenance engineer. The highest salary package offered in our course was 2.16 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course was 1.86 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 1.5 LPA. Internship programs are not provided by the college.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. There is a Wi-Fi facility at our college. Labs and a library are also good. The college provides 24x7 power supply. Food served is not of excellent quality. Badminton court and other games facilities are available here. Hostel rooms are good, with four security personal. Our course is quite good. I have spent my four years of college life in an enthusiastic environment.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good and have experience of 3 to 7 years. Most of the teachers are PhD holders with good knowledge. They also help and guide the students. Their quality of teaching is also good, but it depends upon student to student and on their interest. The course curriculum has a good base, but the skill development program needs to be enhanced. Internships offered here also needs improvement.
Other: Mechanical engineering has an evergreen scope with a wide range in industries. Practical knowledge must be improved. Regular events are organised in the college, such as sports meet-up, fest, etc.
