    Honest review of my college.
Placements: Basically, the employment rate of our college was relatively higher than other colleges around Chennai. Top recruiters include IBM, Walmart, Microsoft and so on. Also, courses like SQL and MATLAB simulation were actively arranged by the placement cell.
Infrastructure: They developed online feedback systems after the completion of 3 weeks. There is a specific timetable for portion completion prepared by management, which was followed by the whole college. The large seminar cell in which 500+ students can attend a meeting in a single time.
Faculty: The whole test results were properly entered into the systems and total percentages were calculated at each and every test. Such results were informed to the parents via mail. Also, results were shared with the head of department and principal to take necessary measures to improve the academics.

Leads and lags of my college.
Placements: We got active offers in both core and non-core companies. There is huge competition between us during drives. Depending on our interests, we were allowed to attend the drives. The highest pay offered by the recruiters is 12.4 Lacs per year.
Infrastructure: As there is strict maintenance of the movement of female students outside the college campus, without getting permission from authorities, we cannot move outside the hostel campus. In college, some students and staff in-charges are appointed to solve the problems of the raised complaints.
Faculty: We have stronger academic backgrounds because of the experienced lecturers. Our teachers are very fine in completing their work. Usually, positions like gold medalists and university rank holders are continuously achieved by our college students.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college really gave some satisfaction for the fees that we have paid. They are offering standardized education at lower cost. Neat campus with friendly seniors. Hygienic restrooms and they were checked thrice in a day.
Faculty: Helpful teachers and more concentrate on their workflows. They never failed to inform the students when we achieved something. They taught everything and gave much more practice tests to score higher marks. Definitely, they never failed to point out our drawbacks, like the appreciation.

Satisfied with the college and faculty. But totally disappointed by the infrastructure .
Placements: My sourse is B.Com ISM. Which has both system related and accounts related. This course has been changed to B.Com accounts and finance because of low students who prefers B.Com ISM. Its been good to study there and good faulty.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay. But infrastructure is some what low compared to other colleges. The college is good but management is the worst because till now I didn't get my degree certificate. The management says the degree certificate will be given within 2 months.
Faculty: Faculty are good and that course was not too familiar among others. This course class strength was 22 only. Placement is not good compared to other colleges and college is good and infrastructure is also good but donation is too high.
Other: Campus is very good and good place to study because it is fully surrounded by nature.

Infrastructure: In our college, the facilities are too good. They help students if they have some problem with any subject. But in college, there is no Wi-Fi connection but our library is too good, there is a specific place to read the books. In the hostel, they cleaned rooms every day and mess food is not that much good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful when students faced some problems in studies. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not that good because somewhat they teach in Tamil and people from the North faced problems. It makes the student industry ready.

    * Faculty members are experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful.
    * Some staff members may need improvement in their English speaking skills.
    * Teaching quality is average, with a mix of good and bad professors.

    Placements and Internships
    * Around 60%-70% of students from the B.Com course got placed, with top recruiters like Capgemini, Accenture, ICICI Bank, and Ford.
    * the highest package offered was INR4 lakhs, while the lowest was INR2.5 lakhs.
    * Almost all students got an internship opportunity.

    Course Curriculum and Relevance
    * Course curriculum is somewhat outdated, but still prepares students for the industry.
    * Students felt that some topics could be more relevant to current industry needs.

    Overall Worthiness
    * While the college has its limitations, the B.Com programme seems to offer decent placements, faculties, and facilities.
    * However, students advised that the management could improve, especially regarding timely degree certification issuance.
    * Considering the pros and cons, we would say that investing in the B.Com programme at Hindustan College of Arts and Science Chennai might be worthwhile, but it depends on individual priorities and expectations.
