A:
{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for BE/BTech Courses at HCET

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's an assessment of the effectiveness of the placement cell for BE/BTech courses at HCET:

* Placement Drive: While some students reported that the placement cell was "quite good" and helped with preparing students for placements, others felt that it wasn't very effective. One reviewer mentioned that only TCS visited the campus for placements, and it recruited only 40 out of 400 students.

Absolutely fantastic college because of faculty and placement.
Placements: I have selected in Prism Cement Company. It is a very good company and provides a very good exposure. The package was 3.28 annually. 12 members got selected in Prism Cement only. The other companies are TCS, Hexaware, Tech Mahindra, and many more came to the campus. It is a very good college for civil engineering.
Infrastructure: The college has one of the best infrastructures in the city Jabalpur. All the facilities are available in the college. All the labs are up to the mark and canteens are also very good. The central library has all the books for engineering as well as competition books and another book.
Faculty: All the faculty are top faculty in the city as well as the state. Specialist faculty are there in the civil engineering department and mechanical engineering department. The selection in the computer science branch and the information technology branch is very high and it approximately 100%. It is a very good college to take admission for your bright future.

A good college and a proper feel of the college can be achieved here.
Placements: No companies come for the civil branch, but for others, 2-3 companies came and the deserving students were placed. Internships were not offered by the college and civil students have to look after their careers on their own. If you want good placements, then you should not apply for civil branch in this college
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure but no Wi-Fi. The college has A grade bricks and the canteen is also good. There is a girls hostel inside the campus Food is fine and there is no cricket ground. Labs are good and every machine is in a working condition. The campus looks amazing and is awesome for a photoshoot. The campus have two more colleges inside IT, dental and architecture.
Faculty: Faculty members were co-operative and the attendance is not mandatory. I hardly went to college in my 2nd year. You can prepare for GATE easily as there is no attendance barrier in this college. Sports teacher is also good. Other faculty members are also good. The course is as per the RGPV syllabus.

Other: Dear aspirants, I will give you review about Hitkarini College of engineering and technology. Friends, first of all, it more depends upon students’ capability, competency of students than college or university. About Hitkarini College, you will have very good faculties in college with great communication skills, many years of experience and vast knowledge. Level of teaching is too high there in all the different streams of engineering. And the best thing about studying in Hitkarini College is that faculty does more emphasis on practical knowledge. About placements, I will say college tries their best to place students in best companies but I already mentioned that it depends upon students credentials. College has Good contacts with many reputed companies.
