Good college with a lot of scope for improvement especially for the Diploma courses.

Placements: Students can apply in different five star hotels for internships. All the students got internships either in hotels or in well known bakeries. Taj and Oberoi are top recruiters. All the students have to complete a 6 month internship and then only can apply for jobs.

I was satisfied with the faculty and really good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were 100% for both the batches. The highest package offered for our batch was around 5 LPA, the average package was around 3 LPA, and the lowest package was 2 LPA. As it is a premier institute, all the big hotels visited for placements. They offered two profiles, they are operational trainee and management trainee. Internships were also 100%. The average stipend offered was around Rs. 2,000 per month.

All students in the college will get placed but not necessarily where they aimed to.

Placements: You will definitely get placed if you are studying in Pusa. However, there's a fair chance that you will not be getting satisfactory placement. All the top-notch hotels with good packages arrive in the beginning, and some students get placed there with decent packages. But after the drives conducted by these hotels, the quality of placements deteriorates rapidly.

PUSA still tops its field.

Placements: The major advantages for placements here are the faculty and alumni of this college. They are well spread out and have experience of working in high positions in their respective industries. They have many contacts which aid in visits by many companies for placements. Companies that are visiting are also good ones, whether it is for the hospitality sector or retail sector.

Few faculty members are good, and the kitchen is amazing.

Placements: Placements in our college were quite good. Most of the students who opted for placements got placed. Placements were good for our previous batches as well. The package offered in our field was quite high. The college also provides placement offers in some ancillary fields.

The teachers are well-qualified and experienced.

Placements: Placements are the USP of the college. All the students who appear for placements secure a job in one of the companies that visit for recruitment. All the major and non-major brands from the industry visit the campus for recruitment. Hotels and retails are the two major recruitment areas which offer two major roles namely management trainees and operational trainees.

Satisfied with the placements but not with the infrastructure. In 2018. IHM, Pusa.

Placements: IHM Pusa ranks top 1 in India by the Outlook magazine. Obviously, the placements will be good. There are 3 levels of jobs that are offered by the companies, OT (operational trainee), MT (management trainee) and CT (corporate trainee). OT is the lowest and CT is the highest level of jobs. The institution guarantees 100% placement. Every big brand companies come to take the interviews.

Good placements, satisfactory development, and mediocre infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are really great in this college when it comes to campus placements. Almost every hotel having a business in India is ready to invest in the students of Pusa. You can have a bright career ahead if you're interested towards the hospitality sector.

IHM is the best college. Good placements, nice environment and best facilities and faculty.

Placements: After completing my course, I got an offer from a hotel, but they are just giving us training, not the jobs. Then I got a job offer from Tgi Fridays, a restaurant. There I learned many things, and after 2 years, I left there and now, I am working in Ganga Ram Hospital where I found job security, fixed working hours and a good package also.

Placements: The placements are great, one of the best in the industry. The highest salary would be Rs.70,000 per month by ITC, and the lowest would be Rs.15,000 per month. Above 100 companies visit our campus namely Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, ITC, Oberoi, The Park, The Lalit, Starbucks, Bata, Indospirit, DunkinDonuts, etc. The companies offer managerial roles like the assistant manager, executives and operational trainee. I would say 100% students get an internship from the college, but some choose by themselves...

IHM Pusa is a small campus located just beside IARI campus in Delhi, which is beautiful and serene, so be ready for winters a couple of degrees colder than the rest of the city and summers you really can't help but bear it. The hostel is situated within the campus, but 1st years get it only on merit.

My college experience was a mixed bag.

Placements: I don't know about the exact percentage, but the placements were good. The highest package was INR 65,000 per month, and the lowest was INR 15,000. There are too many companies to remember, but the list includes all of the major hotel chains: The Oberoi, ITC, Taj, Marriott, etc. 100% of our students got internships. The top role offered is that of manager trainee.
