Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, Coal India, Oyo came for recruitment. 4. Last year 5 students got internship from Microsoft & this year 7 students grab this opportunity.

Placements: Almost 85% of the students get placed in reputed organisations and companies. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The average salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Placements: The college provides wonderful placements. Almost 95% of the students got placed this year compared to the previous year. They also provide internship opportunities. Companies like Vikram Solar, Agni, etc., visited and offered placements for the students of this department. The placement cell is very active. Overall, the placements are awesome.

Placements: The placement records have improved this year. However, many placement drives are yet to be organised here. This year the highest salary package offered was about 39 LPA by Microsoft IDC. But no core company visited the campus to hire the students of the aerospace department because most of the core aerospace companies ask for an M.Tech degree as the minimum qualification. There is a lot of scope for improvement.

Placements: The department of architecture, town and regional planning in IIEST was not offered any placements in the past few years. Students after passing out either pursue master degrees from reputed institutions within and outside the country or join the well-known firms pan-India and also abroad.
