Admission to the MBA course is on the basis of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT, followed by a personal interview (PI) round. The selection procedure is completed and carried out as per the IIIT Allahabad criteria. The institute has not released the official cutoff for the MBA course. The institute offers a two-year MBA course in a full-time mode. Candidates with a valid bachelor’s degree are eligible for the course. These students can fill out the IIITA application form online (iiita.ac.in). Admission to the course is entrance-based. The institute selects students based on scores secured in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT, followed by an interview round.

It is crucial that all aspirants meet the eligibility requirements to seek admission. To apply to the MBA programme at IIIT Allahabad, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university/ institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories) or equivalent. Additionally, the candidate must also have a valid score of CAT.

The total tuition fee for the MBA course is INR 3.50 lakh. Admission to the course is on the basis of the CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT exam, followed by a personal interview (PI) round. Candidates aspiring for admission to BTech course at IIIT Allahabad must qualify for JEE Main entrance exam with a valid score. There is no other way to get admission to this course. Based on a valid JEE Main rank, candidates are allotted seats through JoSAA Counselling process. Further, vacant seats are filled with CSAB counselling process.
