IIITA offers a four-year BTech as its flagship course. The UG-level programme is available in five specialisations, including Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), and IT (Business Informatics). Students can apply for the Merit Cum Means scholarship at IIIT Allahabad through the official website. To be eligible for the scholarships, candidates must have a cumulative average of SGPI for two semesters only per year, which should be equal to or above 8.50. Also, the annual income of the candidate should be less than INR 5.00 LPA. Up to 3% of the total students enrolled in the programme will receive this scholarship. Students will receive INR 36,000 per year through this scholarship.

The tuition fee for the four-year BTech course is INR 6.86 lakh. The total fee is higher as that shall include a hostel fee of INR 1.52 lakh, a one-time fee payment of INR 23,270, and other such components. During the IIITA 2022 placements, the highest package offered to an M.Tech student was INR 1.4 crore per annum as per the media reports. The highest package was offered by Google.
