Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. The application fees for JEE Main is

• INR 1,000 (Male unreserved/OBC/EWS category)
• INR 800 (Female unreserved/OBC/EWS category)
• INR 500 (SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category)

Candidates have the option of paying the application fee online through credit/debit card and internet banking. The application form will not be considered submitted until the application fees is paid. Once the application fee are paid, candidates receive a confirmation email at their registered email address confirming the payment of fees. 

For admission to a NIT Srinagar course, aspirants must meet the course-specific eligibility and selection criteria. Admission to all the offered courses is entrance-based.
