The selection to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme is based on the candidate’s JEE Main exam score followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through which they are allotted a seat. The seat allotment also depends on the college cutoff and a candidate’s preference for that course and college. JoSAA registrations usually begin from the third week of June in online mode. Yes, JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme are out now but the dates are tentative. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. The total fee for IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme is INR 8.7 lakh. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year, hence is indicative. Students can apply to State/Central government Scholarships. Also the fee includes JEE Main application fee for BTech programme. The application fee are  INR 1,000 for boys and for girls, it is INR 800. 

For admission to IIIT Bhagalpur BTech programme candidates have to be eligible. The BTech eligibility criteria include passing Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate in PCM*. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for Engineering education in India continues to grow. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of the home state. In All India, the opening and closing rank for female candidates was 44170 and 57748.
