Average placements, good infrastructure, average campus life.

Placements: Placements were average. This year, until now, 80 percent of students have been placed, with an average package of around 9 Lacs, which is an increase compared to the previous year. The highest package is around 20 lakhs. In the Computer Science course, you'll have more chances to get placed on campus.

Pleasant studies, atmosphere.

Placements: The DSAI branch is the highest placed branch in our college. This year it was around 35 LPA. Nearly 85% of the students are placed. Many students preferred placements outside the campus rather than on-campus placements. The CGC cell in our college is responsible for all placement-related topics.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Around 80% of the students are placed. The highest package was 35 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA. The average package was 12 LPA. The top recruiters are Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Oracle, and Mindtree. There is also a Career Guidance Cell in the college that assists students in placements both on and off campus.

It is an average college.

Placements: As a fresher, I don't know much about the placement stuff. The only thing I know is that my seniors say that placement here is not so great; here you need to work a bit harder and the average package here is about 11 LPA and the highest is about 35 LPA. According to some of my seniors, these placements are fake but they don't seem so.

This college doesn't let you succeed.

Placements: 5% of them were placed on campus. The highest package was INR 12 lakhs and the lowest was INR 3 lakhs. Zscaler was the top recruiting company. 5% of students got internships from Zscaler. Software developer was the top role offered. The overall experience was bad.

Genuine review by seniors.

Placements: Above 70 percent students get placed. The lowest is 2 Lacs and the highest is 30 Lacs and average is 10 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are large mncs. With Decent CGPA you will place a internship or placement easily. Top roles offered in your course are develops and assistant engineers.

IIIT Dharwad - A good scam.

Placements: The college doesn't give placement information regularly so according to seniors the highest was 20 Lacs per annum. We do have companies like Microsoft visit our campus. Most of the students opt for further studies so amount of students getting placed is tough to calculate. On an estimate almost all the CSE batch gets placed every year.

My Experience at IIIT DHARWAD.

Placements: More than 95 percent of the students were placed. 22 students were placed with Samsung at a package price of INR 11.75 LPA. The highest package offered was INR 46 LPA. It was offered by Amazon. The top recruiting companies are Samsung, NVIDIA, Infosys, Amazon, etc. College internships are few and far between, with only 20 to 30 percent of students participating. Generally, students have to approach companies off campus for internships. The top role offered is software development or software eng...

Reasons why there is no need for you to join IIIT Dharwad .

Placements: I'm currently studying in my 3rd semester, but what I heard from my seniors is that companies that offer placement in our college are very small companies, and the packages offered are low. The college website says that 90 percent of students are placed, but reality says otherwise. And the career guidance cell of our college is not proper, and it is understaffed.

I suggest juniors see other colleges if they have plans for placements and all.

Placements: As per my suggestion, the goods do not have good placement. The college is not concerned about student placements. They are not showing interest in placements. So, as per me, those students who are planning only placements shouldn't opt for this college. As our senior batch is passing out, only 10 percent of students have been placed with the highest INR 12 LPA. So think before taking admission to the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college management and facilities.

Placements: As per reports, only 40 percent have been placed till now. The highest offered package was around INR 45 lacs, and the lowest package was INR 2 lacs. The average package is INR 10 lacs. Many companies, like Amazon, Google, Reliance, and many more, are the top recruiting companies. Only 30 percent got internships at companies like Amazon, and I drive.

Reality of IIIT Dharwad (Must Read before taking admission).

Placements: If we talk about placements, then it's approximately 100 percent, but if we talk about big names like Amazon, Google, and Goldman Sachs, then you have to go off campus for such brands, but for brands like TCS, information systems, and small startups, it's more than enough. The highest package in the year 2023 is INR 45 lpa, the lowest is something around INR 10 lpa, and the average will stand at something around INR 12.5 lpa. Approximately 10 percent of students get an internship in their second...

Must watch before choosing this college or else you will regret .

Placements: The placements shown on the website are 100%, but it's like some are getting good packages in Lacs and some are too bad within a thousand. Here, the top companies don't come; only small companies come because the college doesn't have any relation to or contact with that company.

Don't come here; there is no good faculty, facilities, or opportunity.

Placements: Last year, only 65% of students were placed, mainly off campus, at the highest of INR 35 Lacs. Amazon, Oracle, Benle, Cisco, and other 50 companies are recruiting. Many students got internships on their own, and most of them are research interns at other colleges. Mass recruiters did not come last year due to the recession. It was bad, but I think it will change over time.

College is decent and growing .

Placements: College is decent. The average package is good. The college was opened in 2015 and is hoping for further development in the upcoming years. The top recruiter in the course is Nvidia. The top role offered here is circuit engineer. The highest package is INR 20 LPA, the lowest is INR 3 LPA, and the median is around INR 6 LPA. Many companies, such as Fact, offer a return of INR 1 lakh for a 3-month intern.

My experience in IIIT Dharwad.

Placements: The placement scenario is decent if you have a couple of highly sought-after skill in each industry. The on-campus placement scenario is not very favorable in terms of packages, so many students endeavor to secure off-campus placements for better compensation.

Placements: 70% of students were placed in my ECE course. The highest package was INR 20 LPA, the minimum was INR 6 LPA, and the average was INR 11.4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Nvidia and Qualcomm. Most of the students did their internship at the top IIT as research interns. The top roles offered were analog engineers.
