Review of IIIT Dharwad - Indian Institute of Information Technology.

Placements: Almost 60% of the 4th year students have been placed. The highest salary package offered through off-campus is 15 LPA. Monsters has conducted campus drive in our college. Almost 70% of the students got an internship in Aissel, Samsung, NIts and IITs. The top role offered to the students is a full-stack developer. Presently there are no big companies which are offering jobs as we don't have a permanent campus presently.

It provides good academics, but it does not have a permanent campus.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students get placed here. It is a new organisation, so we are not well aware of all the things. Top recruiting companies like Intel and Microsoft visited our college for placements. Students here face difficulties in getting internships, and they try all the possibilities for getting one.

Teachers use good teaching methods, and students get support from faculty members.

Placements: As the college is newly established, i.e., 4 years old, there are no much placements. However, some decent job offers and interviews are being conducted for the final year students. A good number of students have interned in Samsung, Deloitte, Intel, etc.

It is a great college to learn and play.

Placements: As our college was established in 2015, the first batch passed out with less number of students and only some of them got placed. Infosys is the company which has a tie-up with the college along with the government in public-private partnership (PPP). Many students expect more offers from Infosys.

Faculty members were not good, and the infrastructure was bad.

Placements: There are no placements yet, so no salary packages are offered. None of the companies visited yet for recruitment. None of the roles is offered in our course. Nearly 10 members did their internships, but they rejected the job to opt for higher studies. So there were no placements in our college.

I am completely dissatisfied because there is no campus as of now.

Students here face difficulties in getting internships, but they try all possibilities for getting an internship.
