Above average Placement with a good learning curve for students.

Placements: The average package for the batch 2014-16 was 11.9 Lacs. Its a great place for budding entrepreneurs as well. For example, during summers it provides a stipend of 10,000 per month during summer internships to cover the basic cost of living and help with their business idea and also allows them to sit for placements within 2 years of graduating.

The college gives wings to aspirations.

Placements: I got a summer internship project on the supply chain in Snapdeal; did a project for Titan through the International Business Practice programme in Bangkok; experienced the problems faced by the rural people through the rural immersion programme; eventually got my dream profile in Amul in final placements. The college provided me with the opportunity to do all this and much more in less than 2 years. As far as our senior batch is concerned, the average CTC was 11.91 lakh (audited report) with al...

A college of incredible opportunities.

Placements: Well, I was the first student of the batch 2015-17 to receive a pre-placement opportunity (PPO) from Wipro. Besides that, IIM Udaipur is one of the few colleges whose placement figures are audited. This makes the report much more credible compared to the other IIMs. The mentorship provided by the faculty members and alumni during the summer internships taught me a lot. The college witnessed 100% placements in the finals for the batch 2014-16 with an average package of 11.91 lakhs(audited figure)...

Companies like Cognizant, Wipro, KPMG, Bajaj Auto, Genpact, NMC Healthcare etc visit the campus for final placements to hire students for varied roles like equity research, analytics, e-commerce, sales and marketing. The average package for the 2014-16 batch stood at 11.9 lakh. 100% students got placed for both summer internships as well as final placements.

I do not have much expectation from the authority of this college.

Placements: If anyone is coming for placement to IIMU, then there is a huge risk. Placements are average. One can expect placement of on an average of 9 lakhs per annum and that too in sales domain. Best recruiters are GE, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank and RBL Bank. Internship scenario is very poor. In PGP batch of 2016-18, still 20 students are unplaced. The average stipend is rupees 10 thousand per month.

The average package of the entire batch was Rs. 11.9 lakhs pa, with all the students getting placed. Even the summer internship witnessed 100% placements. A very supportive and motivated environment will transform a student and encourage him/her to broaden his/her perspective towards both original and personal life. Faculty is great and will always help a student to ride up the learning ladder. Involvement in activities by clubs and committees has helped me to add another meaningful dimension to my personality.

Infrastructure and the faculty are good. The infrastructure and facilities are used properly. The extra curricular activities are not that much good. The college is not well connected to the outer world in terms of knowledge. One have ample of time to do what he/she wants to do and can excel in many fields.

It is a beautiful campus, but there is academic rigour.

Placements: Almost all of the student from our batch got placed. Few students opted out of the placement process to pursue their own forks and family business. Some students also chose an entrepreneur course where our college support them and provide funds to them.
