IIT Gandhinagar Course Admissions 2025: Dates, Eligibility, Registration, Fees & Selection Criteria

As per information gathered from the official JOSAA website, i.e. josaa.admissions.nic.in/ the total seats for the four-year BTech programme at IIT Gandhinagar are 420. This intake is inclusive of the Gender Neutral and Female-only (including Supernumerary) pools and is inclusive of all student categories, such as Open, Open-PwD, GEN-EWS, GEN-EWS-PwD, SC, SC-PWD, ST and ST-PWD, among others. 

Yes, non-GATE applicants willing to get into M.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar are required to appear for the institute level entrance test. However, all candidates are required to appear for the Personal Interview round for final selection. In addition to this, BTech graduates from the IITs with CGPA/ CPI of 8.0 or above (on a scale of 10) are eligible to get admission to M.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar without GATE.
