IITH is one of the best campuses for research and it is the fastest-growing IIT.
Placements: In the civil engineering course, about 60-70% of students get placed. Most of the students choose software jobs and not the core jobs. Some students opt for government jobs via GATE UPSC, etc. BPCL visits the college and recruits around 6-10 students with a salary package of 20 LPA on the core side.
Infrastructure: Here we will get all the facilities in a good manner like Wi-Fi, classrooms and library. The library is one of the best places to enjoy on campus. Mess food is not up to the mark. We have good sports facilities. The canteen is also good. There are around 20 hostels.
Faculty: Teachers teaching quality is good. They provide good knowledge if we focus. The course curriculum is also good. Here the semester runs by the segment-wise system which is too good. If anyone wants further details then they can visit the IITH website. If we focus on the classes the semester exams will be easier.

IIT Hyderabad boasts excellent placements and a fantastic infrastructure.
Placements: The majority of students were placed on campus, and IIT Hyderabad offers the greatest placements in prestigious firms around the nation. Other students launched their own businesses or improved their own jobs. There are internships available, and students are compensated for them. In 2024, the average package size was between 15 and 20 lakhs annually, while the largest package provided was 46 lakhs.
Infrastructure: The facilities are first-rate, including first-rate labs and amenities like Wi-Fi. The library is excellent, and the classrooms are spacious. Additionally, the college offers hostel accommodation where we may eat well. Compared to the canteen, the mess is clean and has a wider selection of food. Sports and games materials and activities are offered, as are medical amenities.
Faculty: The instructors are incredibly informed and helpful. Many of the instructors at my college are skilled educators who make sure that the curriculum is easily understood by breaking down difficult ideas into manageable chunks. Exams during the semester are challenging, but thanks to our teachers, we all pass with high grades. New technology is applicable to the course. They prepare pupils for the workforce. With a 96% passing percentage, the semester exams are challenging to pass.

Medical facilities are provided, and sports and games materials are available or conducted.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Many teachers in my college have good teaching skills and explain concepts in an understandable way, ensuring that the syllabus is covered easily. IITH - A detailed review.
Placements: There is a separate cell for placements. This placement is run by 3rd year and 4th year students and is handled by professors. Placements here are good. According to last statistics, the average salary package offered ranges from 18 LPA - 20 LPA. Placements are very good.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have good infrastructure. There is a good Wi-Fi connection. We also have library which is the best on campus. Medical facilities are available 24/7 and we also have a sports and cultural complex which would be open till 9:00 PM. Sports complex has various games to play and enjoy.
Faculty: Teachers are very well-qualified and knowledgeable. Top 2% of the world researchers also teach here. Curriculum is relevant and useful mostly. Grading here is relatively graded 90% of the time which means our grade depends on all other members' grade.
Other: Fests and all are very well celebrated here. We get to know a lot of things and explore because of these.

IIT, Hyderabad in my view.
Placements: Almost 80% of the people accept PPOs offered during their internships. Recently even other students who sat for placements got an average salary package of 24 LPA which is pretty decent. Recruiting companies are Deuce Bank, Zomato, and DE Shaw. Roles offered include SDE, ML, and quant. As a student for MNC we have a wide range of new opportunities and no one fails to get into top companies with high-paying jobs.
Infrastructure: A new building dedicated to math is built where we have good infrastructure with required instruments and classrooms. Library is very well designed and timings are flexible enough to work and study together even late night. There are group discussion rooms which are really helpful.
Faculty: Professors are trained and they are IIT graduates. They are friendly and make topics interesting by involving applications in real life. Tube curriculum is designed such a way that a student learns math applications in computer science and AI.
Other: There are many clubs to get involved in and learn management skills like Cell, FCC, and Tedx. Elan and vision is the annual techno-cultural fest of IIT Hyderabad which is one of the largest fests in south India. It lasts for 3 days and epic nights to make it most memorable evening of students' college life.

IIT Hyderabad campus life, placements, and fee structure.
Placements: Around 570 students are placed. The highest and average packages offered are around 65 LPA and 20 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies are Google, Accenture, Microsoft, PayPal, Deloitte, Oracle, etc. Some students prefer research field and other government exams like GATE, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus has modern facilities and a well-equipped infrastructure, which enhanced my learning experience. The quality of food in the mess could be consistent at times, but it didn't always meet expectations in terms of taste and variety.
Faculty: The courses curriculum rating depends on how well it covers your career growth and career goals and also cover both theoretical concepts and practical concepts. Grafting is little hard. The core subjects are so tough and also interesting. Teachers are very helpful and guide us in a very proper way.
Other: In IIT Hyderabad, we have our annual fest, Elan and Vision, which is organized for 3 days and Milan is an inter-hostel cultural and sports fests. Participating in those events helps us enhance our skills as members of the team. The library at IITH has lots of books.

Cutoff FAQs

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
