Placements: Nearly 95% of the students who attended placements got a job offer from at least one company. But not all of them accepted the offer as some of them have other plans, while some considered that salary packages offered to them are not on par with their skill set. Placements: Non-core placements are conducted more sometimes, but core placements are not much good. However, due to the reputation of our college, most of the students get placed in good companies in every part of India. In non-core placements, students got one of the highest salary packages and got placed in foreign countries. In the last year 2019, a student from our course got the highest salary package in our college, i.e., approximately 1.4 crores per annum.

Placements: Until day 3, around 700 students have been placed in campus placements from our college. The highest salary package of 62.5 LPA was offered by Zomato, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 7 LPA-8 LPA. The average salary package offered will be around 15 LPA. Placements: The Material Science and Engineering Department has a very good placement record in recent years with almost 100 % placement record. The Average package stands at around 15 Lac CTC. The highest package offered in last placement was 28 Lac CTC. Some Top recruiting companies are Goldman Sachs, American Express, Edelweiss, Yahoo! Inc, BlackRock, OYO, JSW Group. In the SPO session of Internship, almost 20% of students were able to secure internship offers in AB InBev, Eightfold AI, OYO, LTI, etc.

Placements: Percent of students placed was around 95%. The highest and the lowest package was 31.5 and 8 Lacs respectively. The average package was around 13 LPA. Top recruiters were Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Blackrock, Oracle and Walmart. 25% of students got internship in my course. The company providing internships were Oracle, Walmart, American Express, JPMC, Axxela Advisory and AB InBev. Roles offered were SDE, Data scientist, Quant researcher and equity analyst.

Placements: The placement percentage was around 85% in my branch last year. Package: the highest- 36 LPA, the lowest- 8 LPA, average- 13 LPA. Top recruiting companies- Walmart, Deutsche Bank, American Express, Oracle, etc. Around 50% of the students got internships this year in companies like Oracle, Amazon, etc. Top roles are Manager, Software Developer, Data Scientist, etc.

Placements: Chemical engineering department is quite good in IIT Kanpur with more than 90% placement. Average package is about 14-15 lacs and almost all of the students placed. Although core jobs are few yet there are many opportunities in coding and consulting services.

Placements: Amazing placements no doubt about the placements. Many big companies like Microsoft, Google and Amazon visit here. I love my college due to the placement. The placement cell is very helpful for the placement. About 80% of the students got placed and 60% of the students got internship in their third year.

Placements: Almost 85% of the students get placed from ME course from IITK. The highest salary package offered varies every year, and it depends on your talent and skills. In the previous year, one civil engineering student got a salary package of 1.5 crores per annum, which was more than the average salary package offered for CSE at IITK. Placements: Analytical roles, core roles and consultant roles offered here are excellent. All top-class companies are open for chemical engineering and offer various roles in their firms. Placement stats are also world-class, and core companies which visit here are exceptionally well.

Placements: Top companies like Rolls-Royce, Jaguar, etc., visit here for placements. There are enough and good options and better salary packages. You will have a nice chance to go abroad. Many companies put a minimum CPI criterion followed by tests, and good internships are also provided.

Placements: Placements at IITK are really very good. It's even better than other IITs.More than 90 percent of students were placed with an average package of nearly 12 LPA. The highest reaching to 30 LPA and the lowest is around 7 LPA.

Placements: Most of the students who study effectively get placements and internships. Top companies like Google and Microsoft come to recruit students from our college. The average salary package offered depends on the branch. The lowest salary package offered is 6-7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 20 LPA.

Placements: In Material Science and Engineering most of the student got placed last year with an average package of 12-14 Lacs. Top Recruiting companies include Goldman Sachs, Axis Bank, Accenture, American Express, Oyo and many more. Some of the students also got PPO offers from GS, ITC. Branch is so flexible. You could go for other profiles too. Some people also got placed in Analytics, Finance and other things too.

Placements: IIT Kanpur is a very good college for research. Especially in research, this branch is research-oriented, but you can place in non-core companies like tech and finance, which you can apply with appropriate CPI.

Placements: There is detailed analysis in economics, and it is one of the best colleges to offer this course in the world. It teaches core concepts in economics. Roughly about 90% of the students get placements. Around 50%-70% of the students get internships, and there are good placements in the software sector also for us.

Placements: Students are offered the role of the analyst in reputed companies like American Express, and some financial jobs too. Most importantly, this branch helps you in UPSC preparation. Almost the entire batch 2016 of economics was placed during placement. In IITK economics is one of the best branches in terms of placements.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is around 1.5 crore per annum, the minimum salary package offered is around 10 LPA and the average salary package offered is around 25 LPA. Almost 50% of the students got an internship opportunity in our course. Almost all students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Google, Facebook, Adobe, Oyo and Quadeye.

Placements: The placements are excellent. Almost all students who sit for internships or final placement get good jobs according to there resume. The highest package goes up to 25 Lacs\annum whereas average ranges from 12-15 Lacs. Mostly students go for the HR job in core companies and also some go for data analyst profiles in coding companies. Big companies like Hindustan Unilever comes to campus every year and pick some great students.
