The reality of Lead and why should you choose it.
Placements: The college says that they provide 100% placement assistance. The highest package which I have heard of in BBA is 15lpa and the lowest packages go from 2.5-3lpa. Many big companies come to our campus to hire. Like Zomato, PS group, ITC etc. The main jobs we get are like internship based jobs.
Infrastructure: We have great infrastructure for our course, we get field visits to industries, we have Wi-Fi in class, projector and the whole campus is also air conditioned. I don't live in hostel so I don't know anything about the hostel facilities but the facilities here in college are great.
Faculty: The faculty members and teachers here are highly trained and professional. They teach and emphasize with the students well. In general BBA is a very general course but I think the Lead college takes it quite seriously and teaches the students well to get industry ready. We get a separate placement class for 2 hours once in a week to help us. And I think the college exams are well balanced, they are not too hard, anyone with a good concept can clear it with ease.
Other: I chose this course because I had a huge interest in the management field. I want to pursue MBA afterwards so BBA is the best base course to pursue MBA in the future. I don't think the BBA course can be taught as well as they're doing here in Lead so I'll obviously suggest others to join here if you are serious about studying. There's a event called "Managedia" which happens regularly. It's a huge event and many big companies come to the college as sponsors and all the best colleges of Kolkata come to attend the event too. It's a great event and obviously Lead is already known for its event.

It is a great college to pursue BBA.
Placements: All students got placed in our batch. Top recruiting companies are PS Group, Paytm, KPMG, Deloitte, etc. The salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 6 LPA. Our college provides internships for students in their final semester.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a hostel of its own which is more like a PG rather than a hostel. Classrooms are air-conditioned. The campus has a well-stocked library. The food served in the canteen is good, hygienic, and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They have the latest industry knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy to clear. We can score good marks from textbooks.

Very dissatisfied with placements, but infrastructure and faculty are very good.
Placements: Our college promotes a lot about their placements, but in reality, the placement records are not so good. About 65% of our last-year students got placed. The highest salary offered was only 6 LPA, while the average was 2.5 LPA. Some of the roles offered were product assistant manager and quality check manager.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is more than decent. Almost every classroom is equipped with proper conditioning and seating arrangements. Our hostel is a bit far from our college; however, the rooms are pretty nice. The food available in the mess is also hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers at our college are good and qualified. They always try to cover the entire syllabus in time and also help the students during revision classes. Our course is well designed and the semester exams are a bit tough. However, if we study properly, we can score very good marks.

This is a great college for experiential learning.
Placements: Our college provided the best placements. Along with studies, it also provides internships and prepares you for them. It gives every student a chance to prove themselves and focuses on the betterment of students. Our college taught us much. Byjus is one of the top companies that offered jobs with a package of 10 LPA to one of our seniors in BBA. Many companies come here for placements, and many students get placed on campus. The placement cell is improving day by day.
Infrastructure: The college has a library with more than 2 Lac books. A student can easily find a book of his choice without wasting much time. ILEAD has 2 computer labs. One lab has more than 15 MAC PCs, and the other one has more than 20 Windows operating PCs. Students can use any of them according to their convenience.
Faculty: The course structure provided by iLEAD for every course is very good. The faculty members in our college are very friendly and supportive. They always encourage us to do better. The procedure of the teaching followed by mentors is very interesting and easy to understand.

Not that good placements, but very helpful faculty team.
Placements: Our college offers average placements. Only a few top students from each course get good offers; the rest get below-average offers. The highest salary offered last year was 9.5 LPA, while the average package was 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wipro and Deloitte.
Infrastructure: The classrooms of our college are well equipped with air conditioning and projectors. Free wi-fi is also available inside our campus. We also have a pretty well-stocked library. Our hostel is also good but it is a bit far from our campus, and the rooms are also a bit small. The food in our canteen and mess is quite good.
Faculty: The teachers at our college and the faculty members are very helpful. They help us in every situation, and the teaching quality is also nice and interesting. Our course curriculum is very relevant to the current industry standards. The semester exams are a bit hard, and you will have to follow the classes properly in order to score good marks.

Yes, the BBA course of ILEAD is really good.
The college provides ample amount of opportunities to the students like :
