Satisfied by the faculty, great placements every year, but not so good in infrastructure.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in making you learn things. They show interest in making you understand topics. The teaching quality is very good. The semesters are very hard, and it's worth it because of the package they provide. The pass percentage is like 35% for everyone in B.Start.

ISI Kolkata BSDS (Hons.) Programme.

Faculty: The faculty here are very much well-experienced in their particular field of research and they have many publications in highly reputed journals. The course is quite relevant for making students industry-ready in the field of data science. The semester exams are quite difficult in the sense that one cannot pass exams just by studying one day for the night like engineering colleges. Proper efforts need to be put in to get good grades as there is no relative grading system.

Review of Indian statistical Institute Kolkata : The Mathematics Hub Of India.

Faculty: The brand value of the institute is quite high and the faculty members here are mostly alumnus of the institute only, having very high research index ranking. The course curriculum is up to the modern day needs and has a good flavour of both research and industry exposure. Each course has 4 to 5 examinations among which mid semester and end semester examination are mandatory.

ISI Kolkata - Bachelor of Statistical Data Science (Hons).

Faculty: Faculty members here are very knowledgeable in their fields. Almost everyone is either an alumnus of ISI or a Ph.D holder from IVY league. The course curriculum is relevant for almost anyone having an interest in Maths and Computer Science. In the first 2 years, the course is mathematics intensive and in the last 2 years, it is computer/data science intensive. Semester exams are difficult and one needs to study whole year to get good grades as there is no CGPA system.

Knowing the ISI Kolkata's new BSDS course.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified in their respective fields of research. They also published research papers in highly reputed journals. The course curriculum is highly relevant for engineering aspirants. Semester exams are hard as ISI follows an absolute grading policy. Studying for only one night before can really fail you in this course.

Knowing the new BSDS course of ISI Kolkata

Faculty: The teachers are so well experienced and much more qualified in general. Each class is of 1 hour and 20 minutes, and each tutorial class is of 1 hour duration. The course curriculum is much relevant to modern-day industry jobs. The course is introduced for the purpose of making students industry-ready and also eligible for higher academic research. The semester exams are quite difficult in the sense that it can't be passed just by studying before the exam like in engineering colleges.

The new BSDS course of ISI Kolkata.

Faculty: The teachers at ISI are active researchers in their respective fields with quite a good H index. They have either PhDs from Ivy League universities or from top Indian universities. The semester exams are really challenging in some courses because ISI doesn't follow CGPA or relative grading system. Everything is absolute here. The course is industry-oriented and prepares students for job roles. The course is run in a hybrid mode from 3 ISI centers: Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata.
