The Indore Institute of Law (IIL) will be conducting the Law Entrance Test (LET) 2025 according to the exam schedule shared with the registered candidates. The exam will be held to shortlist candidates for admissions to BA LLB and BBA LLB courses offered at the law institute. IILET 2025 Preparation Strategy

Candidates can prepare for IILET 2025 by making a strategy as under: 

  1. Make a time-table for preparation with focus on each subject 
  2. Know the exam pattern and syllabus 
  3. Analyse strengths and weaknesses from each subject 
  4. Clarify concepts and make preparation notes 
  5. Take online mock tests to improve test-taking skills 
  6. Review the preparation level 
  7. Revise each subject separately, however, on a regular basis

Know about the IILET 2025 Exam Pattern

Candidates preparing for IILET 2025 should first know the exam pattern as under: 

Exam mode - The exam will be held in an offline mode. Generally, every year the exam is conducted in a paper-based test mode. 

Exam duration - The exam will be of two hours duration. 

Test Language - The question paper will available in English language only.  

Type of questions - The question paper will be carrying the objective type of questions in all sections. 

Total questions - There will be a total of 150 questions.

Total Marks - The total marks of IILET 2025 will be 150 marks only. 

Sectional weightage - The questions and marks allotted for each section are as under:

Review the Syllabus of IILET 2025

Candidates should go through the syllabus of IILET 2025 for each section as shared below: 

Section  Topics
English Comprehension 

The question paper will be carrying Passages of around 450 words based on - Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Inference-based questions, Synonyms/Antonyms, Word Usage/ Meanings, Phrases, Para Jumbles

Current Affairs and GK 

Passages of around 450 words will be based on Current events in India and around the world, General Knowledge around sports, geopolitics and important environmental agreements, and Current affairs in entertainment, business, economics and technology.

Legal Reasoning 

Passages of around 450 words to be based on Fact situations or scenarios involving legal matters, public policy questions or moral philosophical enquiries and, General awareness of legal and moral issues and Indian Constitutional Law and Polity. 

Logical Reasoning 

Passages of around 300 words to be based on Relationships, Analogies, Logical Sequences, Arguments, Directions, Critical Reasoning and, Syllogism

Quantitative Techniques 

Passages of 450 words will be based on Average, Numbers, Algebra, Geometry, Probability, Quadratic equations, Arithmetic progression/ geometric progression
