It provides guidance and a path for students to follow.

Placements: Placements are average for CS and IT. The average salary package offered ranges from 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA by Paytm, and the average salary package offered is 52 LPA. Students will get a good opportunity to get placed and need to develop their coding skills and do good in competitive coding.

It is a good college for studies, not placements.

Placements: The placements for CSE and IT branches are good. But it is poor for civil and other core branches. Internships are good as it is offered by AKTU, and you can do the same, or you can find it on your own. The average package offered in CSE and IT branches is approximately 20 LPA. As it is the topmost college of AKTU, companies visit the campus.

Review of Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Placements: Almost 45% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 7-10 LPA. The top companies like Paytm and TCS visit our campus to hire students. Very few students went for internships, and mostly from CS. Many roles are offered in clubs in which students get secretary head positions. There are many opportunities for sports and events.

If you are not getting any IIT/IIIT/NIT then you can surely join IET, as it is good state college.

Placements: Campus Placement here is not good. As it is a tier 3 college. Off-campus placement here is too good. Students have got placed for 30 lac. Placement from here. Very few companies visit the campus. In CSE/IT most of the students get placed through campus placement. People here try off-campus. The highest on-campus package lies between 10-12lacs. In branches other than CSE/IT placement is very poor. People of other branches try for GATE PSU's. As there is a good environment for the preparation of t...

Knowledgeable faculty, average placement, good hostel and mess facility.

Placements: 65 students per batch. Placement is not good so you have to depend on the off-campus placement. The Placement cell is continuously working for improvements. In the years to come, the college can achieve better placement. Of course, there is an edge for students of this college over others because the college has a good reputation.

Placements: Almost 60% of the students from computer science engineering and information technology got placed. In our course, the highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 3.36 LPA and the average salary package offered was 4.20 LPA. Josh, TCS Digital and Optum were the top recruiting companies of our college. Students were offered with the role of a software developer. The highest salary package offered was about 7.2 LPA, and it was offered by TCS. The average salary package offered was about 4.7 LPA, and it was offered by companies like Humming Wave, Newgen, Globallogic, etc. The lowest salary package offered was around 3.3 LPA, and it was offered by TCS. I am satisfied with a good infrastructure of our college.

Placements: About 20% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Tata Consultancy Service is the top recruiting company of our college. Students are offered with software engineering role. There were no placements in chemical engineering branch so none of the company visited here for the chemical department. None of the students got an internship.

Good for higher studies, Bad in infrastructure, Average in placements.

Placements: 1. Almost 80% of the students were placed from the CS IT branch combined. Those who didn't get placed were either a CAT/GATE Aspirant or went for preparing for higher studies. 2. The highest placement offered was 10 LPA (Adobe, was only for girls), for boys it was 7.5 LPA (Optum), the lowest being 3.26 LPA (TCS) average being 4 LPA. 3. Review of Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements in our college were not good. Companies that visited the college were already surviving for their existence. But if one had to learn from scratch, companies that visit are good for them. Students get exposure to attending all kinds of interviews and handling pressure situations. The average salary offered was around Rs. 10,000 per month.

Overall the infrastructure is poor. Faculty members are good. Facilities and placements are average.

Placements: Placements in our college are pretty good in some branches like CSE, IT, ECE, but not up to the mark in other branches. However, the placement rate is increasing year by year. The college administration is working hard on this matter. Around 40% of students from branches like CSE, IT, ECE, get placed while it is around 25-30% in other branches. The average salary package offered is around 5-6 LPA.

Review of Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch of chemical engineering branch were not good. Only three to four students got placed with the salary packages of less than 6 LPA. Placements are good for computer science and information technology students, but for branches like chemical, civil and mechanical, the placements are horrible.

IET is improving and evolving.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The average salary package offered for branches like CSE, IT, EC and EI is 3-4 LPA. TCS is the mass recruiter. Many other companies also visit our campus and recruit a few students with better salary packages like 6-7 LPA. Companies like Tata Motors, etc., visit our campus to hire students from branches like CE, ME and EE. The placement scenario is not that good now, but it is improving. The T&P cell is hardworking and devoted to their work.

IET is good enough if you have plans for further studies, else, it is not.

Placements: Placements used to be good at some point of time in our college. But after some batches, students misbehaved, and the companies eventually stopped showing interest and did not even visit for chemical engineering. Though that is improving now for the current batches, the placements are still pathetic right now. One should not come here with the aim and promises of college placements. Without qualifying GATE and CAT exams, there are very few chances of getting placed.

Placements: Placements in our college are not good. Only a few companies like TCS and other average companies visit the campus. Only the students of computer science and IT branches were placed. The packages offered were not good. For other branches, there are no placements.

It is the best among UPTU colleges.

Placements: Placements in our college are not satisfactory for branches other than CS and IT. Almost 70-80% of students from CS and IT branch got placed. But for other branches like EE, ME, CE, EC, EI, CHE, placements are almost nill. Few companies hire around 5-6 students but most of the students of these branches are dependent on exams like Gate, ESE, UPSC, CAT, etc., for their future.

Good engineering college in Lucknow.

Placements: Campus placement is not quiet good. Hardly 20 percent of the students get campus Placement in chemical engineering. Most of the seniors secured good ranks in GATE and got placed in PSU's or persuade M Tech from decent IIT's. CS and IT branch people get some better placement but not par their hardwork. Other branch placement is also dependent on GATE and other entrance examinations.

Average, not satisfied with placement records.

Placements: Placement of our college is average. Very few students get placed every year in our branch. Merely 5% of total got placed this year.6 Lacs per annum is the highest package in our branch. Very few companies visit our college for placement. They don't offer very decent job to the students.

This college is good. The faculty here are wise and knowledgeable. Placements are just average.

Placements: Placements here are average. Placement in this college is good for only branches like IT, CS AND EC. The students who have branches other than that find it difficult to get a job through campus drives. They have to head towards offline campus recruitment.
