Our college has the worst faculty members and a system.

Faculty: Not even a single teacher taught us, and we had to do it all by ourselves. We talked to the dean, but he did not help us out. Teachers did not even come to the class for months. We only had one good teacher, and he left the institute in our first year. The course curriculum is relevant enough if they teach it to the students. Semester exams are not difficult if you study evenly throughout the year.
