If you have to prepare for competitive exams, then this college is good.

Placements: Generally, CS and IT stream related companies are visiting here for placements. Companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro offered a salary package of 3 LPA. For mechanical and civil departments, hardly 1 or 2 companies will visit here. Core company placements are very less. Almost 30 to 40% of the students will easily get placed.

I am dissatisfied with the culture of the college.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies which visited here were TCS, Wipro and IBM. I have no idea about the roles which are offered to the students of our course. There are no internships in the company, but it is available only through online platforms, i.e., Internshala just for the sake of internship and internals.

Everything is good here. The placements, faculty members and everything are very satisfying.

Placements: The companies recruiting students are TCS, Infosys, Wipro and many more. The lowest package offered is 3 Lacs and the highest up to 15 Lacs. TCS and Infosys are the basic companies here recruiting students. The average package offered here is 4 Lacs. 80% students from Computer sciemce branch were placed in the previous years.

Campus Life is beautiful and relaxing. Infrastructure development is nice. Basic facilities are good

Placements: Our college has an average of 45 percent placements every year. I joined the college for B.Tech (CSE). Companies like Infosys, Wipro and TCS are the major recruiters of the college. The highest package till date is said to be of 11 Lacs. Average package is of 4 Lacs. Internships are also 40 percent.

Review of Jabalpur Engineering College.

Placements: Many companies, like, TCS, Zensar, L&T, Wipro, Infosys and IBM, visit our college for placements. Most placements are conducted for CS, IT and electrical branch. There are the least placements in the civil branch. The college does not provide an internship for the students. But if you really want to do it, then you can apply in Internshala.

The college is not so good as compared to other city colleges.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Mahindra & Mahindra, Infosys and Reliance visit our campus for placements. Students who score above 6.8% in academics got the job.

Overall it's good because it's fees is so low and it gives many scholarships to different students.

Placements: Placements are expected here in top branches such as computer Science, information technology and also students from other branches also got placements in previous years because they qualified the exam which was taken by the visiting company but you can't expect much of placements here.

I am satisfied with the college, but it needs some improvements.

Placements: More than 50% of the students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4.2 LPA. Reliance, True Chip and other companies visited our campus for recruitment. More than 30% of the students got an internship from our course. Previous year, there was the same percentage of students who got selected in better companies.

Branches like CSE and IT get privilege here. All branches have department inside campus except IP.

Placements: Only 3 to 4 students got placed with TCS or Infosys during recruitment per year. There are no companies for recruitment in I.P branch. The highest salary package offered is around 7.5 LPA, generally offered by TCS. We only get a summer internship, as it is made mandatory by MHRD. Approximately every student got an internship (100%)in companies like Tata, CL, SAIL, etc.

I am absolutely dissatisfied. Not much campus placements. No college life and bad atmosphere.

Placements: Almost 20% of the students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.8 LPA. Fluor Daniel, L&T Constructions, Bhartiya Infratel, Reliance Industries, are the top recruiters. Most people started taking a drop from the college, which made easy after completion of BE. Degrading your performance and confidence level and urge to study ahead.

Affordable government. College with good reputation.

Placements: About 60 % students got placed in mechanical engineering. Top recruiter are IT companies. The highest salary offered are 7 Lakh and minimum is 3.2 Lakh and average salery is 4 Lacs. Top recruiting company are reliance industry, tcs, infosys, L&T etc. Only 2-3 % students got internship on their own efforts, college has nothing to do with it.

Not so much satisfied with placement but overall its good.

Placements: My course is computer Science and engineering. There are almost 60-65 Percent students placed from Jabalpur engineering college in computer Science and engineering. The placed students get minimum package or 3 lacks per annum, average package they get 3.5 to 4.5 and maximum they get 6 to 7 lacks per annum. In our college Infosys, IBM and Wipro will recruit for computer Science.

Faculty is not good, good placements, infrastructure is average.

Placements: Placement in this college is good. Last year 23 out of 120 students were placed in campus placements in good companies. Every year 5-10 companies come for campus drive. It is quite good score. There is a separate placement cell in our college so that most of the students can get placed in quite good companies.

The college has subpar placements, but the faculty is good.

Placements: Placements were below average with salary packages hovering around 3 LPA. Placements are solely driven on the behest of big IT companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Cognizant, etc., who are mass recruiters of our college, and they recruited a huge number of students with minimum salary packages of around 3 LPA.

Only the placements are good. Otherwise, it is the worst college.

Placements: The placement rate of this branch is increasing tremendously day by day. This year (2019), one of my seniors was offered a package of 24 LPA through off-campus drives, and one got 12 LPA through on-campus drives. The average package offered was also good, approximately 5 LPA is offered every year. I believe that the placements of the IP branch will be the greatest amongst all other branches in the coming years. Our seniors got good packages based on their core knowledge.

The college is good for competitive exams, but bad for research purpose.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical students are very low as no core companies visited our college for recruitment. Although their rank in GATE exam is generally good, it's not because of the college but due to the dedication and hard work of students. If a person knows computer programming, then he may be able to get placed in an IT company.
