Dissatisfied with HOD of civil, worst experience with account section, and average placements.

Placements: The placements offered are on average to the IT sectors such as CS, IS, IT, and ECE. When it comes to the core branches like civil and mechanical the placements are nill. The placement department or council is directly saying to the students that there are no placements for the civil students and it's better you people search outside by yourself. Regarding internships same process, the people in CS and IS are getting internships with a stipend of Rs. 25,000/month as high and a low of Rs. 6,000/...

One of the best colleges in Bangalore to do all your related courses you wish to have.

Placements: There are excellent placements with good companies coming to the college. I had the best experience in placements which can get in any of the best companies. 100% placements will be given to the students. You can have core companies for the electrical, mechanical and civil branches.

Overall, developed and warm.

Placements: It's a student-friendly campus with good placements record. The best part is that if we are clear about our project we can get good financial help. Last two years, it had 83% placements. There are campus development programs which will enable us to prepare for placement mentally. The students are offered good roles to play and improve their learning and speaking skills.

If you are interested in computer science engineering, then go for it.

Placements: Specifically talking about the department of computer Science, the college has good placements. Especially now, the college has started the specialisation courses in CSE. The placements are going to be better in the future because nowadays the IT industry is demanding for more students, who have a specialisation degree in the particular area. I am one of those students, who will be the first batch of specialisation to be passed out in the year 2020. All the curriculum is handled by nurture, whic...

Not the perfect one, but definitely one of the best colleges.

Placements: The placements which happened this year were good. The highest package was more than 20 LPA, and the average was above 5-6 LPA. Around 3 core companies came for the mechanical branch. And, none came for the electrical engineering students. The placements here in this college are very easy, and you just need to perform well in the test. The college takes the initiative in developing our vocabulary and communication skills right from the first semester and also there is a placement cell which trai...

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Low chance of placing in core companies, low packages, the presence of core companies in college are very rare. Approximately 30% of students are placed on the campus. Few people have been selected for walk-in-interviews. No proper placement training. Less chance of being placed in companies.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty, but it has a good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There are no core companies for the placements with no higher packages offered. There are also no MNCs visiting the campus. There is also no proper placement training, and no placed job is permanent for the students. The top package offered to the student was Rs. 3 lakhs per annum, while the lowest package offered was Rs. 1.5 lakhs. The companies that visited the colleges are the Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Juspay, etc. The percent of the students placed in the college was about 40%.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Till the date, there are no placements. In future, due to the new director and HOD, the placements may come. For placements, you need to clear all the subjects. You need to write the aptitude test and pass in it, and you will have four rounds if you pass on that, then you will be facing the interview.

The university has the good infrastructure and an average academics.

Placements: This year, the placements were good. Most of the students got placed with a good salary in companies like Hashedin, Capgemini, Flipkart, BYJUs, Infosys, IBM, Vodafone, etc., and a lot of startup companies offered the jobs this year. The lowest salary is 3.0 LPA, the average salary is around 4.5 LPA, and the highest is 12 LPA. The roles offered are web-developer, web-designer, system analyst, application analyst, etc., and around 60% of the students got the internship from the college. ...

It is the worst possible place to study.

Placements: I am still in the 3rd year, so I don't know exactly about the placements. But, we heard from our seniors that the packages they got were pretty bad like 3-4 LPA only. I am from management quota, so my fees are 3.7 lakhs if I am correct, so the fees v/s the placements is just sad.

A dream college for anyone seeking to achieve something huge.

Placements: The placements were good, and almost everybody opting for campus placements had one offer in hand. Cognizant, Infosys, MuSigma are some of the firms visiting the college. The pre-placement training given to us was very good, which helped in clearing the interviews. The university focuses on placing students to the maximum extent with the leading industry firms and good startups.

Mechanical Engineering in Jain University

Placements: The placement has been in a good count until the last batch and mostly depends on the quality of the students. The majority of students get placed where they are to be classified as eligible for placements as per the criteria. Up to 6 lacs package has been provided and it may improve in the near future where the department is still working on it to raise the standards. Students are majorly placed in off-core companies where if the student meets the requirements, they can get placed in a core com...

Placements: The placements for our senior batch for the IT branches was easy. The core companies as far as mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineering was a little on the tougher side and they had to wait for some companies. Those who performed well in their interviews were placed.

The college is fairly good in academics. Personally, I feel civil was the best branch in my college to study. Lectures are always available for any clarification and information needed to the students. Placement vise, the college is good for IT industry but not good for mechanical. Aerospace branch comes second in the list for the quality of lectures they have. Overall, I would rate my college a 6.5/10.

This is a good college. One of the first things I noticed was the school spirit. There is a nice golf field but no one allowed to play. There are silly rules inside the college. They care about matters like shoes I'd cards etc. The whole students marks is in their hands only, so try to be nice with every lecturer.

The infrastructure of the college and the teaching faculty is beyond doubt, one of the best I've seen. It is a research orientated college with many research centers and the college encourages students to participate in projects, seminars etc. Apart from that, there are probably a few problems with placements as not many core companies come from campus placements. The library is very well stocked and also gives access to a variety of well-known international journals.

This college has the best campus but it is not engineering-friendly. It has facilities like a huge golf course, a hockey court, and a swimming pool. The college also is in a great area and has a great management. The mechanical department is the best department in this college. They have got the best faculty members and more facilities in the whole college.

University is still growing and there needs to be a lot of improvements in terms of academics, infrastructure and also the faculty. Because it, so far, does not get the attention it deserves but overall it is an Average college. The bus and food facilities are good and a person willing to learn will not be disappointed.

There are only few colleges which have aerospace engineering and Jain University is one of them. It is spread over 350acres along with the Jain International Residential School and Jain Public School. The infrastructure is very good. There is a Spiritual center which has also been built inside the campus. The hostels are well maintained. Jain University believes in all round development...
