JDMC - pretty much the platform to explore yourself!

Placements: Placements are not the best thing you will find in most of the DU colleges because most students wish to go for higher studies and many of the students who opt for political science are UPSC aspirants. The placement cell has tied up with Internshala and LinkedIn provides various internships according to the interests and preferences.

Our college provides great faculty, good infrastructure and friendly campus.

Placements: There is a placement cell, but it is for other courses. Students got placed in reputed organisations. I am not very up to date about the present criterion for the placements. So, I won't be able to provide much information over it.

Good college experience! Nice infrastructure.

Placements: The placement cell of the College floats opportunities for internships or jobs wherein student can proactively participate. Students need to visit the website of Janki Devi Memorial College to get full placement information. Students generally opt for a masters in English hons or switch field as the job of a teacher is available later. After bachelors, students can look up for work in content writing, journalism, and marketing.

The college is good, but it needs improvement.

Placements: I didn't go to placements since I am not up for them and have to manage my career in terms of CA. However, our college has an active and fully functioning placement cell for catering to the development and growth of the students for placements, internships and opportunities.

Review of Janki Devi Memorial College - JDM.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that good, and we have to struggle to find a job because it's not easy for an English( Hons ) student to find a placement. But still few students get the instant job of content writers and editors. Few of them even make it to some renowned newspapers.

Our college is decent, and it provides decent enough opportunities for students.

Placements: Placements in our college are not very good, but for an off-campus college, they are relatively better. The problem of placements is generally faced by all the off-campus colleges because colleges have become a status symbol in itself, so this systematic discrimination has become deep-rooted. But our college has better placement opportunities as compared to others. A top recruiting company visit our campus for placements is E&Y.

The college has a great infrastructure and awesome greenery.

Placements: The placement cell works hard to bring placements for graduating students and internships as well. Students get placement based on their resumes. Packages offered are basic starting packages. They help to provide the required experience when getting into the professional field.

Average Placements, good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements of our college are quite average. Only a few companies visit our college campus for final placements and even they offer us a salary package of around 3-3.5 lacs. Placements: The college belongs to Delhi University, so it doesn't provide such placements. Students didn't get any placement facilities from the college. Students find jobs on their own, and there is such compulsion for the internship project.
