It is one of the best colleges in Assam.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good in all aspects. The hostel has enough rooms for the students to live in and also a good environment for studies. The college provides good hostels facility for both girls and boys compared to other colleges in this area. All students refer to this hostel for living.

I like this college because it provides best education in the whole city. My college is the best.

Infrastructure: 1. We do have Wi-Fi and labs and high tech classrooms and mess and canteen. 2. The facilities of the hostel is more than normally expected by the students. The food is not that good. Canteen is pretty good. There's a medical facility available in our college campus. There's a good college festival "ANIRVANA" which provides many games and cultural programme and DJ night also. We got a pretty big Campus.

A overview of JB college

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really really good like the campus is huge, the classrooms are also properly maintained. There is another campus or department seperately for the commerce students where you can play basketball as it has a big ground for playing basketball. Just too good

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty members.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is moderate. Our college mostly consists of old buildings because it was established in the early '90s. However, they were constructing new buildings. Labs were not good, and resources were minimal. The college doesn't provide Wi-Fi facility on the campus except for the biotechnology lab. Our college has one auditorium which was is used as a boys' common room where there are no chairs to sit.

The college is striving for excellence in the learning field with an emphasis on development.

Infrastructure: There are hostels both for girls and boys. There are also a lot of PGs and private hostels near the college. Food provided in the canteen is average. Quality of classrooms is quite good, and they are well-maintained. Labs are quite good with the necessary facilities, and the library is quite good. The library is in a two-storeyed building, and Wi-Fi facility is also available.

As my experience at JB College for past 2 years, I felt never to hesitate to question any teacher.

Infrastructure: The college provides the best complete infrastructure with the best teaching faculty. The classrooms are well-furnished with a room with presentation room, meeting halls, computer rooms, interaction hall, community hall, and sports room. There is also an additional administration block where enrollment of new candidates take place. Although, the campus of JB College is surrounded by girls and boys common room, and the college library. The campus also provided with well-safety parking place and h...

JB college - the most preferable college in the northeastern region.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. The classrooms and library are very good. The UGC has approved them with an 'A' category along with NAAC accreditation, thus contributing largely in the education field. But the hostel conditions were very poor during my tenure. The food at the canteen was also not good.

Jagannath Barooah College.

Infrastructure: The college is old, yet new buildings are being constructed by time. There are science labs, zoology lab, botany lab, chemistry lab, physics lab, computer lab etc. There is a huge library with more than over 10000 books varieties. For sports, there is an indoor stadium inside the campus. For gathering and organising any activities, there is a huge auditorium with seating capacity of almost 3000 students. A canteen serves the best food. I have faced no infrastructure related issues.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the average quality faculty and placements in 2013.

Infrastructure: There were no smart classes available in our college. Average classrooms, average library, poor medical facilities, and very less importance towards sports & games. The quality of food in the canteen was average. Average quality hostel rooms for our college students.

Jagannath Barooah College.

Infrastructure: This college was built in the late thirties. It still has the ascent of oldness in it. The buildings of the college are modern RCC buildings. The campus is very clean and is free from tobacco. All departments have their own Wi-Fi, but not all provide it to the students. The library of the college is the largest library in the district. It has a network of computers which the students can use for different purposes. Ebook reading facility is also available in it. More than fifty thousand books ar...

Good infrastructure, faculty and management

Infrastructure: Good environment to study in JB College. We have labs for respective departments followed by halls for cultural events. Then, the college has a library for all departments which is quite big. Canteen facility is also present. .Medical facility is really good. The union of the college organises various games and cultural nights.

This is the best autonomous college in Assam for B.Sc. or B.A.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is not at all good, it is average. Wi-Fi and practical lab are sufficiently available. Classrooms are decent in size and library is good. Every book for this course is available. The quality of hostel is the worst. The quality of food in the mess is also not good.

Review of JB college of Jorhat.

Infrastructure: Our college is well-structured with many big buildings in its surrounding. There is a big auditorium hall in our college where more than 5,000 to 6,000 students can gather together. Classrooms are clean. Every day, it will be cleaned. There are fans, ventilation, light, canteen, sports, and medical facilities available in our college.

JB college of Jorhat is one of the best colleges of Assam with great faculty members and facilities.

Infrastructure: I studied my 11th and 12th in this college, and I have experienced 5 years in this college. Everything was decent here. The library has a lot of books which helped us. Labs are huge enough to accommodate a large group of students.
