It's the best college I have ever joined, with great facilities and great placements.
Placements: Every year at the end of the semester, I mean in the 5th semester, a lot of companies like Tata Power, Hindalco, and JSW Jajpur, among other top companies, come to our college for hiring new recruits. Last year, from the mechanical department, a total of 75 students got placed out of 93, so you can imagine the ratio of successful placements in our college. The highest package was, let me tell you, one of my seniors named Rohit Gupta, who got 8.4 lakh per annum last year. I already mentioned the names of the top recruiters of our college, like Tata Power, JSW Jajpur, Shyam Metalics, Hindalco, TRL, etc. A total of 65% of students got internships from my department, and they were placed in Shyam Metalics. In mechanical engineering, we learned the basics like engine, machine shaft, and all that, so you will get to know everything if you are a speedy learner.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but not so high. Our class is on the top floor, I mean to say, on the 4th floor, so we get tired every time going up and down. But let me tell you one thing: apart from the infrastructure, the teaching staff and all the other members of our department, like the sweeper and cleaners, are all good, and the main thing is that they are friendly. Our college has Wi-Fi facilities, but not for everyone; it's available for all the staff and also for the students. However, when we are in the CAD lab, we need to complete the practicals. Our college has both physical labs and smart labs where we do the practicals efficiently, so the labs are good. Now, let me tell you about the library. To be honest, the condition of our library is very bad, and we have already complained about this to our HOD as well as to our principal ma'am, but nothing happened. Now they are improving it, but let me tell you one thing: we didn't face any shortage of books. The food in our hostel is very bad; it's so oily, and if you go to the hostel canteen, you will see how they are preparing the food—it's waste. Just a week ago, we organized a cricket tournament that was fully managed by our final year hostel students named the JES Premier League, where a total of 8 teams participated: 7 teams from students and 1 team made up of all the staff. So, we had a lot of fun.
Faculty: Our college staff has good knowledge in everything, as they have completed their B.Tech and M.Tech, so there are no issues and no doubts regarding the teaching staff. They are very helpful; if you have any doubt, you can stand up and ask, and they will clear your doubt again and again until you understand it.
Other: Our batch is the sweetest in our entire college. We had so much fun, and there are a total of 120 students in our class. I chose this course because I want to get a job in the railway, which is why I joined as a diploma engineer. It's a good course, and I must tell everyone to join this course, like mechanical engineering, and you can also consider electrical engineering. Our college conducts a feast and cultural events at the end of every year, such as dance programs, singing cultural events, drama, and all that. Last time, our college ran a successful event called SURJHANKAR, which was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Odisha, Sri Naveen Patnaik ji.

Our campus life is great.
Placements: Many students got placed in well-reputed companies. The minimum salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting company is Infosys. The maximum salary package offered was 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. All facilities are available such as Wi-Fi, library, parking area, laboratories, proper desks, and water purifier. The food served in the canteen is very good. Our campus is well-maintained. Hostel facilities are very good. Our campus has good environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are kind and supportive. The teaching quality is great. They guide us in all aspects. The course curriculum is relevant. They teach us practically. Semester exams are not difficult. The pass percentage is 35%. The pass mark for internal exams is 7 out of 20. The pass mark for external exams is 28 out of 80.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in becoming a software engineer. The course is high in demand. Scholarships are provided to merit students.

Our college gives excellent placements.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed. The lowest salary is Rs.10,000 per month, the average salary is Rs.15,000, and the highest salary is Rs.30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Tata, JSW, Ultratech, etc. Around 50% got internships. It is excellent that a student got placements. It was good and more profitable for students.
Infrastructure: Facilities given are Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. The quality of food is good in the mess. Medical facilities are also available. There are many games for sports. Facilities and infrastructure available for the department are good at their place.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Students basic knowledge was clear and make them industry-ready. The pass percentage is 90%. It was good for all.
Other: I am interested in civil works like how a house was built. I learn many new things in our course that know about many instruments used in civil engineering. I think it was at its best. There are many scholarships. Extracurricular activities were done.

I am very satisfied with the faculty members.
Placements: As we know the minimum percentage of admission is 35%, but all the students apply for the admission process. The selection will be made as merit-based for example if a student got 70% then he will gt et selected first than lower marks and students get selected for the appropriate branch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is so big and the college campus includes many buildings which is allocated for their own studies individually. For example Civil department has it's own building, Mechanical department has it's own and other rest of departments have their own buildings.
Faculty: We have very qualified teachers in our college. They are very qualified and knowledgeable in their fields. They are very helpful and friendly in nature. They treat student like friends. The semester exam is little bit tough and a strict measures are taken for the exam.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering. I was placed in electrical but my all friends are studying in mechanical department therefore I changed my department from electrical to mechanical.

Should change teachers in mechanical branch.
Placements: 70% students got placed. Average package offered in campus is 150k-200k per year and offered in Tata, jindal, byjus, and many other companies in campus.
Infrastructure: No free Wi-Fi in class and hostel and only Wi-Fi in computer lab and classroom is decent. Hostel quality is worst as there is always water problem and hostel food is not eat able I don't know what type of medical facilities I don't use medical facilities and sports and games facilities is just decent.
Faculty: Yes teachers are helpful and but only Mechanical branch teachers are not good. They just complete your course and revision then you only go to exam room and just continue. Passing Percentage is 35% is and not so difficult but you have Mechanical branch teachers in your room you hadn't.
Other: Because all suggest me this course Work shop machine Shop to replace Events fest campus crowd connectivity are so good.
