It is a very nice college, and I enjoyed my college life.
Placements: I haven't participated in placements in our college, so I don't know much about them. However, I have heard that our college offers good placements. Apart from this, it also gives suggestions to you about higher studies if you want. In our batch, there were 60 students, and most of them are doing masters in botany. I have changed my stream, but it does not concern the college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are huge and nice here, and the labs are amazing. Since our college is quite old, the iron apparatus was old. However, it fulfils our purpose perfectly. There is no hostel facility, but if you want to stay in the hostel, you can stay in a nearby PG. Our college is located in a great place, and you can reach the college from any place of Kolkata. There is an amazing transportation facility. If you want to stay in nearby PG, you can find some amazing places to stay.
Faculty: Faculty members here are amazing, and they are helpful. The course structure is good. They have prepared us and conducted extra classes to prepare for final exams. Repetitive lab classes are also conducted to make sure that we are aware of every plant and their parts, which is available in the syllabus.
Other: Our college is good, but the classes will start at 6:15 am. However, if you want a girls college and also want a good course curriculum and faculty members, you should opt for this college.
