Review of K J Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent, especially for computer-related departments and the marking scheme is also very lenient. Scoring good marks in the exam is really easy and not that difficult. The course and curriculum are updated and project-based learning is there.

Dissatisfied with the placements this year, good campus and hostels, good exposure .

Faculty: The faculty members here are a mixed bag, some are very good to some are very mediocre. Curriculum is very much updated as compared to Mumbai University syllabus. And I love the curriculum here. The semester exams are a bit difficult so start studying before a week and everything would be fine. Here most of the students do get pass and very few get back .

Worthless in terms of ROI.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Good quality teaching is provided. Course curriculum is upto the mark which almost makes the students industry ready. Semester examinations are quite difficult while passing percentage is kept moderate upto 60%.

Honest Somaiya College Review.

Faculty: All the teachers are qualified and have good teaching skills. The curriculum is designed in such a way that one is prepared for industry and is also very similar to the GATE exam. In each semester, there is a midterm exam, an internal assessment, termwork, a viva, and an endterm exam.

KJ Somaiya College for Engineering is worth it.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. But they are very moody and arrogant. The course curriculum is relevant but involves too much theory. There are three main exams IA, ISE, and ESE. We have 2 internal assessments of 20 marks, and one semester exam of 30 marks, and one end-semester exam of 100 marks.

Review of KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.

Faculty: Faculty members are very nice to the students, which makes the college easy. They understand in times of difficulty and are there whenever needed. Most of the faculty members are quite talented. And the exams are sometimes tough and sometimes easy but they are prepared by the faculty only.

Faculty: Helpful and qualified teachers, knowledgeable to the extent they may help you out with basic queries, but the studying + advanced understanding and application part is up to you to do with help from friends/seniors, online material/courses. Average teaching quality. Relevant, up-to-date course curriculum. Makes students industry ready. -Moderately difficult semester exams, with a pass percentage of 65.

Amazing college with a huge campus.

Faculty: The teachers are pretty amazing and knowledgeable. You can approach them anytime and they will solve your doubts and queries. Teaching is done via projector and screen but they also use chalk and blackboard to further clarify the concepts. The course curriculum is very nice and they also provide for mini projects during the semester that makes a student industry ready. The exams are moderate level and if one has studied nicely it won't be difficult to score great marks.

Satisfied because of the faculty, internship, infrastructure and facilities etc.

Faculty: Almost All teachers are PhD. The holders are very good and helpful. Teaching quality is a 4.5 rating. The curriculum followed by the college is almost of Mumbai university. Yes, this curriculum makes the students ready for the industry level. The semester exams are stuff to score marks on. A teacher doesn't give full marks for the given questions. 92% is the pass percentage in sem exams.
