I had a great and memorable time at KJSCE.

Placements: The placements are good. The basic package is almost same, around 3 LPA. You should try to maintain at least 60% aggregate to be even eligible to participate in most companies. Some have 55% too while some students who were offered with higher packages have 65-70%. Most of the students get placed. The maximum placement of all the branches in IT CSE only.

Absolutely satisfied with the college. Multiple technical and cultural fests. Best infrastructure.

Placements: Placements record is great, one can verify it from the college website. The number of companies coming with offers is getting better year by year. The highest is around 16 l.p.a. while the average is near about 4.25 l.p.a. Companies like Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Microsoft, and most of the mass recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro also come.

Satisfied with some good faculty, placements opportunities, good infrastructure.

Placements: Students have good opportunity to get placed in a dream company. Also, 90% students got placed in my batch. There are mass recruiter companies like Accenture, Infosys, TCS and L&T. Even if you didn't get placed in the passed out year, you are eligible for placements in the next year.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure, faculty and crowd in the college.

Placements: The placements of the college are pretty good, and the placement cell assists you with whatever problems you have. The companies that come for the placements are the Microsoft, Infosys, Accenture, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, etc. On an average, the salary which was offered last year was around Rs. 3 lakhs per annum. The maximum salary is Rs. 12 lakhs per annum and the minimum salary was Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum. The placements are almost hundred percent, and you get the placement opportunities. On...

Amazing 4 years at KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements were carried out in a very organized manner. Most of the students were placed nine months ahead of the completion of the course. Many students had 200% placements, which is 2 job offers. The maximum package was 13 LPA, and the minimum was 3 LPA. There were many councils that the students could participate. 100% students got placements from the college.

Great for campus life and sports but expensive regarding placements.

Placements: If you are looking for direct campus placements, the record for mechanical engineering is not very impressive as few companies offered jobs for the mechanical branch. However for computers and IT branch you can get good placements. The highest package offered was 16 LPA.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. If you work hard for the recruitment rounds, you will be selected in one the good companies. The lowest salary offered is 3 LPA, and the highest is up to 8 LPA. A lot of companies visit the campus like L&T Infotech, Direct-I, Accenture, Infosys, etc. Depending on the requirement and training provided by the company, you may get the post.

K J Somaiya College of Engineering - A good deal.

Placements: The placement is good enough! Some good companies like Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Accolite, Oracle, Microsoft and many other dream companies hire the students. The companies like Infosys, Accenture, L&T and others also come! The placement of IT and computers is worth. On an average, if you get an admission in the computers or IT and if your pointer is decent, then you may end up getting a good job offer.

Review of KJSCE, Vidyavihar

Placements: There are good placement opportunities in this college. There is a minimum pointer criterion (like 6.7 average pointer of all 8 semesters) to be eligible for campus placements. Also, the pointer criterion depends on the company. Seminars are arranged by the college to give students an idea about placement procedure and the entire process. Also, they train students in the start of the 4th year so that they can do well in Group discussion and Interview. Also, the college informs about different in...

Good placements, decent infra, and excellent campus.

Placements: The placements were decent. Most of the students got placed in mass recruiters. The highest package was 24 lpa and the average package was around 3 lpa. Almost everyone got placed by the end. The placements for mechanical and electronics branches are a bit tough unless you are aiming for a software company.

KJSCE review by a 2016 batch student

Placements: Placements are good considering the ranking of the college in Mumbai. A majority of the offers are made by mass recruiters. They have been improving since the college was granted autonomous status. Placements are excellent for the top students. The highest salary is offered by Morgan Stanley at about 17 lakhs. Oracle, Microsoft and other dream companies also visit the campus. Placement rules are student-friendly. A very high percentage of students is able to get placed. Average salary would be a...

Placements: There are many placements and internship opportunities made available by the college itself. 80-90% of the students from the senior batch, who opted for placements, got a job. For job and internships, various famous companies like Barclays, Morgan Stanley, etc. have visited and recruited many students.

Review of B.Tech EXTC at K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering.

Placements: The placements for our seniors' batch were good. Around 150 students got placed. The highest package offered was Rs. 8 lacs pa and the minimum was Rs. 4 lacs. The companies that have visited till now are Wipro, Tata, Reliance, L&T and more. The role they offer is for designing a project. The percentage of students who got an internship from the college might be 100%. The stipend depended on the students.
