Placements: The placements for 2015 pass out students were pretty good. I got placed on day one company TCS. Many companies like IBM, Honeywell, CTS, Accenture, Commvault visited our campus and recruited many students. The highest salary given is 7 LPA and least is 3 LPA. The roles given were assistant system engineer, programmer analyst, developer. 20% of the students got the internship from our batch. The maximum stipend given was Rs. 20,000 per month and the minimum was Rs. 10,000 per month. There is a s...
Placements: CTS, TCS, Honeywell, HCL, Broadcom companies visited the college. You can study nicely with good staff guidance. The laboratories have also been developed nicely. You can do as many as mini projects and career development courses. It encourages to be in a friendly environment with all the staff members.
Placements: Most of the students placed only in the software-based industry like TCS, but for mechanical engineering, no core company came for the drive. Even though, our head of the department is the placement officer he didn't make any promises that he made. Many students of my batch didn't place because of him only as he assured to bring 2or 3 core companies to us and so we didn't attend any off-drive campus. Overall, the placement is the drawback of this college.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in the non-technical positions. The placement cell is bad, and they will inform the last date of schedule in my batch. The technical and the software companies rarely visit MCA department. Most of the companies give the criteria for the students. Most of the talented guys don't get placed in the developer roles.
Placements: We have better placement in our college. Our students are well prepared to indulge in the placements. We have various companies which accompany us on this placement schedule. The minimum number of our students are selected in our placements. The companies like HCl, Ford, etc. Our students have been selected as supervisor, a company in charge etc. More than 75 percent of our students got the internship from college. More than 50 percent of the students got the stipend.
Placements: Most of the students were placed in non-technical positions. The placement cell is bad they informed us on the last day of the schedule. Only 10% of the students got placed in my batch. Technical and software companies rarely visit the MCA department. Most of the companies have an eligibility criterion. Even the talented students can't get placed in development.
Placements: Basically, IT and CSC students got placed in their core companies. But for we got wrong promises from the placement officers that they will bring core companies and get you placed. In our batch, 108 students got an offer letter out of 720. Placement officers make false promises to the students so that many of us got a mindset that our college will bring more core companies as assured and we did not attend any of the off-campus placements.
Placements: In every semester holidays, they conducted placement activity classes. In 6th semester holidays, they arranged special coaching for aptitude by Face Academy. During the last semester, up to 80% of the students were placed in a company. Each and every information was sent to the students immediately by the placement officers. Most of the students were placed but only a few were placed in tier-1 and tier-2 companies. A lot of companies were brought by placement officer but 65% of the companies ...
Placements: Placements were good for my batch 2010-2014. On-Campus and off-campus recruitments are arranged by the college placement cell. Referral interviews are also conducted by senior batch from various companies and start-ups. The highest salary offered in my batch was 5.6 lakhs per annum. The average was 3.2 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2.2 lakhs per annum. TCS is the first MNC that every year conducts the interview on the first day of the interview schedule. Later on, companies like CTS, Tech M...
Placements: Around 85 were placed in my batch and 74 in the senior batch. It is actually above 50%. Highest salary offered was 4L + and lowest was 1.5+ with an average of 2.5+. Companies like TCS, Wipro and Tech Mahindra visited My College. The maximum roles offered were of Software Engineer. Others roles are Network Engineer, Support Jobs.
Placements: Previously, it was good but it is getting worse year by year. They concentrate only on textbook not on practical learning. Only 50% of the students got placed. Highest salary package is 7 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. MNC companies like IBM, TCS and IVLT came for campus placements.
Placements: The placement was very low in my 2016 batch, but 2015 batch has got better placements than us. The maximum salary offered to a student in the campus placement was 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, IBM, IVTL, and small startups have visited the campus. There were no internships provided to the students.
I have started my BE Computer science and engineering course with a lot of interest in this college. As I shown much interest in doing various projects from the being college and department motivated well. As the end result, I have got a lot of awards and appreciation in the college level as well in state/national. College infrastructure is average while comparing to Tier - 1 colleges. But this college mostly comes under Tier -2 in the top level. College also motivates the students by providing ...

I have mixed reviews of my college. The facilities provided by the college are quite good, labs are well-equipped, and transport facility and class room facilities are also good. Hostel and canteen food is healthy and hygienic. But regarding placements, we did not have on-campus recruitment, all we attended were pooled and off- campus drives. They did not provide proper placement opportunities.
It's an average campus neither too big nor too small. Professors are good but not excellent. Management focuses more on academics than sports and extra-curricular activities. It's a Sourastra minority college but treats all students fairly. Hostel is also good with a hygienic canteen. They place 30%-40% of students annually, not much help from placement cell to improve your analytical skills. Overall, it's a decent to college to attend but not a great one.
Second good college in Madurai. Joining this college would not fetch much knowledge and personal skills. People of Madurai can come out of the city to explore more and learn more. But for people who does not have money constraint, can join this college and get benefitted.
This is one of the best colleges available around Madurai city. It has very good staff, superb student environment and provides various facilities like a playground, library and physical gym. This college has clubs like a sports club, technical clubs, etc. and it provides good personality development training. It provides bus services to the students who reside in distant areas. The college staff gives placement training to last semester students. It conducts cultural activities every year to en...
