Review of K.P.B Hinduja College of Commerce.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. Many top recruiting companies visit our college like Deloitte, Gulf Oil, etc. Our college also provides pre-training on how to deal with tough questions and various scenarios during the interview.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide hostel facilities so students have to reside in PGs and hostels of other institutions. I am a day scholar, and our college infrastructure is average. There are 3 carrom boards for students.
Faculty: Our course curriculum is average, and it is affiliated with Mumbai University. The topics are practical, and semester exams are conducted strictly.
Other: Festivals are conducted in our college. Extra activities are conducted like the inter-collegiate, and many participants are available with huge sponsors and promoters.

Very good college for placement.
Placements: We have not passed out yet so we have not get the offer till now, but as per our seniors they have got good packages. They also get internships from our college. Top recruiters are Wipro and TCS. The campus hiring is really good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good and all the facilities are available. They don't have a canteen but according to me, they need renovate their college because it is quite old. They have a sports and games area too. We also get the chance to represent our college in the events.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, good knowledgeable and their curriculum is also relevant. The semester exams are moderate. They focus more on practical knowledge rather than bookish knowledge that what make look different among all colleges. Teachers are very professional.
Other: I chose BMS because, I feel that BMS will add value in my whole life because it teaches how to manage the things.

Satisfied because of the faculty and good placements.
Placements: 211 students were placed in my batch. The highest package for the general student category was $19,000, and the OBC, ST and SC categories were paid the minimum amount. The top recruiting companies are mainly tech companies like Mahindra, Kotak bank, ICICI bank, DeltaX, etc. There are mainly skills and growth internships referred for placement and students are informed via the placement cell group on WhatsApp so that they can choose accordingly. Roles offered include accounting consulting, content development, administration, etc.
Infrastructure: There are two IT labs, one library and an auditorium. All PG and UG course classes are fully air-conditioned. Clean bathrooms on every floor with proper cleaning. There is no mess or canteen but you can eat a variety of foods from the stalls located in the college lane. There is a medical room.
Faculty: The faculty is very supportive and encouraging; they conduct lots of fun activities, GD sessions, interactive sessions like PPT, etc. So that the students can have in-depth information about the particular topic. The faculty also helps with doubts. I liked Shraddha ma'am the most, as her nature is the best and she helps the students like a friend. She always encouraged me and helped me clear my doubts related to career confusion.
Other: I chose BMS electives in HR because it was my first preference to master this field and then find a job. I wish the faculty provided workplace workshops or training in person so that students could have hands-on experience and be more accessible to knowledge. Many events are held by the college every year, like tremor, panaah, rotaract and other cultural events.

Decent college but better options are available.
Placements: I don't think anyone got placed at BMS because the companies that came in didn't want students from this course. The placements should do better for the students in this course. Companies like Wipro, Deloitte, ICICI, Birla, etc., did come in but for the IT department.
Infrastructure: Very poor infrastructure with no campus, it's just a building. The classroom benches are dirty and dusty. Walls and ceilings are cracked in some places. There's no official canteen in college. The washroom's condition is worse. There's no Wi-Fi for students. They have decent computer labs and the library is pretty good too.
Faculty: The exams are not that difficult according to the standards you are required to get into college. The teaching staff is decent. They communicate well with the students. I think they need to pay more attention to attendance because it makes students lazy and non-attentive. They don't provide much practical knowledge as compared to other colleges.
Other: The events are amazing, many celebrities come to the event. The crowd is good, I would not say the best. The college is ragging-free.

It has a good infrastructure.
Placements: After this course, the best you can do is just select an MBA. It will give you the best salary package and placements in top companies like KBP and Hinduja.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. There is a library at the college. There is also a gym. There are many places outside of college to eat.
Faculty: Teachers at this college are highly qualified. Exams in this college are not difficult. Exams are taken in a very systematic way.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in management. This course is best for those who are interested in management. To get admission to this college, you have to score at least 85% on your 10th and 12th standards. This college is near the station, so there is no travelling issue.

It provides good teaching and average placements.
Placements: Top organisations like Axis Bank, Godrej, and a few consultancy firms were a part of the placements process. The average salary package offered was around 2.25 LPA, and almost 55% of students managed to secure a job, the others opted for further studies. Almost 20% of students opted for internships opportunities and they were expected to reach out to the companies on their own.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college was average, and the classrooms and seating arrangements were average. There was Wi-Fi facility availability, and medical aid facility was provided. The library had a decent collection of textbooks and reference books. The mess and canteen facility was clean and affordable. There was a good provision for sports and games.
Faculty: Most of the teachers were knowledgeable, experienced, and qualified. The teaching quality was not just limited to textbooks, but also includes case studies and group discussions. The course curriculum along with industry visits and experiences shared by the teachers makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams were easy to clear, and the passing percentage was 35%.
