It is the best private college for MBBS UG.

Placements: KIMS is under KIIT deemed to be a university, which secured rank 1 among private Higher Education Institutions in 2020 by ARIIA. It provides MBBS, MS, MD and DM courses. As it is a medical sector, after passing out, anyone can join private and government medical sectors. After completing MBBS, you may choose to do an internship here.

Students who love MBBS must join this college.

Placements: The placements in our college are quite good. The students get fine exposure in the college and seek different well-renowned hospitals across the country. MBBS from this college gets a whooping salary of around 80,000 to 1 Lac per month. The passed out students from the college easily got jobs in different government as well as private hospitals across the nation because KIMS is an institute of eminence.

I like this college and must suggest everyone join here.

Placements: Placements of our college are very good. Almost everyone passing out of college got a job in hospitals, either government-run or private. The salary offered to an MBBS graduate in our college is Rs 75,000 per month. Students who are doing jobs at Delhi Hospitals get a salary of around 1 lac per month.

It is a really good college to take admission.

Placements: Almost all the students in our college got placed in good hospitals. Few are working at reputed hospitals as junior residents, and some are pursuing their PGs from reputed colleges. Hence, if you are joining an institute like KIMS, rest assured, you'll get placed well.

Go for KIMS if you want to pursue MBBS.

Placements: The placement is 100%, and unlike engineering students, we need not struggle for placements. We get jobs in either government or private hospitals after completion of our course, which is of 5 and a half years. We get a salary ranging from 50,000 to 90,000 per month, and that can go up to 1 Lac depending on the experience.

I definitely suggest opting for KIMS to do MBBS if you get an opportunity.

Placements: Since we are MBBS students, we get 100% placements in either government or private hospitals. We also get a starting salary of Rs. 60,000 to 1 lac per month in different states. Even for internships, our college offers a salary of around Rs. 28,000 per month to the intern.

Really satisfied by the Infrastructure and Faculty. Don't like the mess.

Placements: One can join Internship in the PBM Hospital (KIMS Hospital), being guided by the same faculty with whom we bonded during our MBBS makes things really simple and makes the internship enjoyable in the hands of people who actually care for you. Otherwise if need arises one can opt for Externship.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and good placement with decent infrastructure.

Placements: We don't have placements. We get internship directly in our college hospital. We have so many departments in the hospital in which we work for few days to gain experience about how to become a good doctor. I would be very glad about working.

Really good infrastructure with highly qualified doctors.

Placements: There are no placements for doctors. We have an internship for 1 year in our hospital only. After that we go out for the post graduation. We get 20000 rs stipend. After our internship we can either go for a job or we can join a post graduation course whichever suits us.

Placements: The placement in the college is good enough. Students get 100% placement in the college. The college provides internship programme with the stipend. The average salary is Rs 40000 per month, and the highest salary is 60-70 thousand per month. The companies like Sree medical, Sai Medical, Apollo hospitals etc. have visited our hospital.

The college has great infrastructure, good faculty, but as I have already said poor infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in MBBS depends on the PG ranks so, no scope of any placements in the college. It's not an engineering college that we will get placements after the completion of the course. So, MBBS has always been like this, and you need to clear your PG seat as well to become a good doctor.

The best college in Odisha.

Placements: The college had very good placements and offered in the various companies in this college with the high amount of pay scale. The highest paying was 9 LPA. The students get very comfortable placements according to their level of meditation in their courses. I am in my last year, so I hope to get a good placement.

The college is awesome with the well-equipped instruments and infrastructure.

Placements: Since this is a medical college, no such placements are there. We all complete our internship here and get into PG. Each student chooses the branch according to the rank and interest.

Overall, it is one of the best medical colleges in Odisha.

Placements: Since this is a medical college, no such placements are there. We all complete our internship here and get into PG. Each student chooses the branch according to the rank and interest. Till now, there are 150 students per batch including general and quota students. The internship is hectic as we have to study.

Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences.

Placements: All the students were placed in reputed hospitals, and they were given the proper amount of clinical exposure. The seniors are very helpful and also the clinicians make it a point that the students understand things, well enough to use their skill in the outside world.

Dissatisfied with the faculty and management, as they care only about money.

Placements: The placements are really bad. My college prefers more money and less education. Even though the college passed out is in 5th batch, not even 50 students got placed from the post-graduation till date, i.e. from 1st batch to my batch. I'm ashamed to study in a college like this where money is required but not the knowledge.
