To join Kalvium, candidates are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria as per the course requirements and pass Class 12. Next, they need to apply online on the institute's official website for the course of their choice. Candidates have take up "Kalviness Quotient (KQ) Challenges", which is a mandatory entrance-test conducted by the institute. Later on, an online PI round will be conducted by the institute to finalise the students.

As per the minimum eligibility crietria for courses offered at Kalvium, all students who completed Class 12 or Diploma are eligible to apply for the program. Admission to the program, however, is offered strictly on merit based on their performance in the Kalviness Quotient Assessment (KQ) entrance test.
