It is good for those who want to go for GATE or another government job.
Placements: Around 50 to 60 percent of students get placed, and others go for higher studies. The highest package in the ongoing placement records is 46 LPA, and the average package is between 6 to 8 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Tech Mahindra, L&T, and Wipro. Around 40 percent of students have gotten internships in various companies like Microsoft and Inforte. But for internships, you have to pay an extra cost. The job profile for placements in my course is mainly maintenance engineering, site engineering, and senior engineering in UPPCL.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on the campus, the labs are well-equipped, and the faculty is very helpful. All the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and very experienced. The library is open from 10 am to 5 pm. In my hostel (Bhabha Hostel), the mess quality is the best, and the sports culture in my college is next level. Football, volleyball, cricket, and many other games are conducted by seniors and authorities.
Faculty: Labs are well-equipped, faculty is very helpful, and all the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and very experienced. They are helping academically and non-academically also. Some of the faculty are doing research in various fields like nanomaterials and electric vehicles, etc. The curriculum of the college is old, but faculty also teach industrial concepts to be ready for the industry. The semester exams are not so difficult. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: My financial condition is very poor, so I chose this college. It is also an autonomous government college.

Review of KNIT Sultanpur by a student.
Placements: The highest package offered for my course was 11 LPA last year and the lowest package was of 3 LPA offered by Chandal Steel Limited Company. Top recruiting companies are TCS, etc. No internship is offered by the college. Top roles are that of a Software Engineer and a Software Developer of web and games.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms, Library and canteens are available in my college. Infrastructure of my college is spread across 700 acres of land. Quality of facilities in my hostel is quite good. Mess food also quite good. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and well qualified. They also have a lot of knowledge. All the teachers are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching quality is also quite good. The curriculum is good enough to make you industry ready. Semester exams are not tough if you study well, you can clear it.

The KNIT diaries of young minds.
Placements: The previous-year batch of computer science and information technology got almost fully placed. But the placement now is very bleak for the coming years and the present year. The branches have a very poor placement record. This year, it went lower.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good in this college. The hostels are well maintained and the sports grounds are also not that good. The basketball needs renovation and so does the building. They have ACs, but they don't work most often. The ISF seminar hall is well maintained, though.
Faculty: The faculty is not at all concerned about the students. Some of the teachers are really good and are concerned about the children. There are 6 exams occurring here, which include four mid-semester exams and two end-semester exams. This does not make the students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because I had opted for the science stream in my school so I went for engineering as there was less scope in other fields and I did not have much interest in other fields as well. I wish this course was more practical than about learning a job, which does not define a person.

The peaceful environment and average faculty are ideal for those preparing for any prestigious exam.
Placements: In electrical engineering, there are no campus placements other than switching into the IT sector. Many students got placed in IT companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and Tech Mahindra, as they allow core students. Tech Mahindra and Wipro are mass recruiters. Less than 20% of students got internship offers from reputed companies, and others managed to get internships at many other companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very well equipped with air conditioners and projectors. The EE department has its own departmental library and lab equipment. Good food is available there in comparison to nearby private messes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are given twice a day. Canteen facilities are available for all in some hostels. A tennis court, volleyball court, and other facilities for indoor games are available.
Faculty: We have good faculty members in our electrical department. The course is made as per the needs of the industry. Two NPTEL courses are added in the final year. Exams are average to difficult, but most of the students get through them by performing well in the theory part. However, some got backlogs.

Good college in a natural place, and the infrastructure is well maintained.
Placements: Mostly top branches like Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, and Electronics have students getting placed. The average package is 5.24 lakh per annum according to the latest college details, with 25 percent of students receiving offers from companies. It's essential to learn skills and gain knowledge.
Infrastructure: In my college, there is a central library and a good hostel with Wi-Fi availability. The classrooms are better, some equipped with AC and fans. The college has a canteen and a medical facility, and the mess food is good. There are sports grounds available for various games, including football, volleyball, and tennis.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified, coming from top IITs like IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, as well as NITs and government colleges. The course is relevant and helps students become industry-ready, not the best but good. Semester exams are not very tough but doable, and the pass percentage is high because students learn well.
Other: Good college in AKTU, Uttar Pradesh.
