Karpagam College of Engineering Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Coimbatore

Placements: Placements are good and descent number of students are placed in companies like Wipro, amazon, Zoho, Infosys, Tcsand so on nearly 95 companies recuirt students from our college and average salary is 3.5 Lacs per annum and technical level course are conducting by our college.

Placements: The placement orientation program in our college is average Most of the recurring company are IT-oriented field, and maximum recruit meant in the day1 company like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro apart from that no recruitments. I am also selected for logistics type of company, but still, I have not received call letter, and I am still in VIP.

Placements: I tried for mechanical core company, but my college forced me to study C, C++, and Java. I studied mechanical engineering and prepared for the computer science department, but they are offering more internships in core companies. Around 900 students got placed in the current and past year with 78% job offerings.

Placements: The placement will be only from information technology companies and not from core companies. Daily placement training will be conducted in the night. 90% of the students got placed in the past years, and around 200 students got the internship in information technology companies.

Placements: The placements for our senior was quite good (around 700 students got offered). The companies like Amazon, PayPal, Zoho, Soliton, Urjanet, Juspay visit our college for our placements. The pay scale ranges from 1L to 10L per annum. Most of the companies offer internship cum placement opportunities. The stipend during internship ranges from 8K to 30K. The students who undergo placements will have to undergo intensive training right from the first year of their academics.

Placements: The college is fine and good in their placements, but couldn’t find a job in core. That’s the only problem present other than that all is good and fine. So, the placements are awesome in the campus, and many companies are visiting the college.

Placements: This college brought some of the leading MNC's like Wipro, CTS, HP and Infosys in the service sector and also product companies like Zoho, Amazon to name a few. Around 80-90% of the students enrolled for placements bagged offers. The highest salary is around 14L per annum, and least was 1.4L per annum. The average salary would 3.25L per annum. Placements: Most of the companies that visited our colleges were the IT companies. For our batch, they included some start-up companies also. Product companies like Amazon, Zoho and Juspay have also visited the college. Nearly, 800+ students were offered jobs. Except for a very few companies, all the companies that visited here offered internships.

Placements: The placement in this year was very dull but that of the previous years in our college was very good. The highest salary package offered is Rs. 20 lakhs per annum and the lowest offer is Rs. 2 lakhs per annum. More than 50 percent of the college has got the internship in some leading companies. We had a very good placement training in our college which was more helpful for attending the drives of the companies.

Placements: Around 900 students got placed in my batch. Before the placements, they give special training which will be very helpful and the tests after the training and the mock interviews will boost your confidence and skills to get placed in MNCs and other companies.

Placements: The placements for our batch was good. Around 70% of students were placed in different companies. The companies visited the campus were Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, TCS, L&T, Inotics, HCL, etc. The highest salary offered was 5 lakhs per annum. Accenture recruited the highest students in our year.

Placements: There are good placements. Students having good programming skills get placed in good companies like Amazon and Odessa. Students also get placed in startups like Juspay technologies, Gyanmatrix Technologies, Ionixx, etc. I got placed in Gyanmatrix Technologies. Students will also get internships during the third year itself.

Placements: Good for sure. If you are interested in coding papers, then surely, you get a great job, depending on your studies and interest in coding papers. If you are a good programmer, then you can able to get the internship in the 3rd year itself. This is the best place to show your identity.

Placements: Although placements were good at KCE, the non-IT students i.e. mechanical, civil and auto didn't get benefits from placements. Amazon Zoho, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro and Infoview were a few of the IT sector companies which visited and provided good packages. Amazon, Zoho and Infosys provided internships which should be 5% of the total student strength.

Placements: The placement activities in our college are good. Training is given to the students based on their interest in various fields. The placement classes have been conducted on a regular basis. Tests are given to the students regarding the placement so as to motivate and encourage the students. There is a separate team for the placements in our college.

Placements: Placements are really very good for our batch compared to the previous batch and it keeps on increasing as I heard from the college. Totally, 80% of students placed from the previous batch. Companies like Amazon, Zoho, Verizon, Atlas, Procyon, Visual BI, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Inautix, Infoview, etc. visited our campus. Placements: This college would be one of best option if you were in Coimbatore. They have all sorts of better infrastructure facilities and one of the most reputed college. The campus life is peace and good regarding education. The hostel is the thing which is not great. The quality of the food and facilities are average. So I prefer to be day scholar. Overall it is a good college for education in Coimbatore

Placements: Placements are the strength of our college. For our 2015-2016 batch, the students got more than 1024 offers from 86 companies including the top recruiters like Infosys - 161 offers, Wipro - 159 offers, CTS - 136 offers. Also, about 234 students got internship including core companies like Solitron, Globaledge. We have good lab facilities for the placement training and have different planning structure for the placement activities.

Placements: If you want placements you should earn it! KCE offers higher placement opportunities in reputed MNCs with lucrative package approximate about 6-8 LPA in Amazon, Info view, Zoho, Musigma and 2.75L - 4 LPA in CTS, Infosys, Odessa, Soliton Technologies, Wipro, Global Edge and many other software firms. Placements: From the 1st year itself, the college provides placement classes for improving the skills of the students. The experienced placement trainees work hard for the placements of the students. Every year they plan to provide placement to all the students. They provide good placements when compared to other colleges in Tamil Nadu. Last year (2016) they had arranged more than 1000 companies to conduct placement in our college.
