Kautilya School Hyderabad Admission 

Kautilya School of Public Policy admission process is conducted in three cycles and generally begins in the month of July. Kautilya School admission is based on candidates' performance in the Personal Interview (PI) round conducted by the School.

Candidates are required to pay the admission fee (non-refundable) at the time of acceptance of their admission offer, and this is adjusted against the tuition fee. Here is the hostel fee for the two-year MPP 2022-24 academic year:

Kautilya School Hyderabad Courses

Kautilya School offers a two-year full-time residential MPP programme at PG level, which is of 103 credits and 60 seats. The programme is of two-year duration consisting of three months.

During the first year, students are taught about policy-making structures, approaches and governance. Candidates from a professional background different from Public Policy can also apply for admission provided they have a vision for Policymaking in the country.

Students at Kautilya learn to negotiate, write speeches, and communicate in various professional settings. At the end of the first year, it is mandatory for students, to undergo a three-month internship with any preferred company.

• In the second year, the School focuses on teaching one of the specialisations chosen by students through electives, which include Government & Finance, Economics Development, Equity & Social Impact, International affairs and Justice & Fraud
• After completing MPP, students can be employed at any of the organisations in the public/ private sectors, under non-profit/ social enterprise, media & communication sector, and international & foreign affairs

Kautilya School Hyderabad Scholarships

Kautilya School offers need-based scholarships to its eligible and deserving students. In the first year, students are rewarded with scholarships of 30 per cent. Students seeking Kautilya School of Public Policy scholarships are encouraged to apply in the first cycle of admissions.

• Candidates are required to complete the scholarship form and share all the necessary documents
• Additionally, in case of a need for financial aid on the application form, candidates are required to submit additional documentation for the verification-purpose and for validating educational and professional qualifications
