I suggest you not to take admission here as the college relies on politics.

Placements: Placements in the college are good for B.Tech students. They are not well for MCA students. Companies visit the college for placements, but they don't provide any salaries for the initial 6 months or else fire the students within one or two weeks. Later on, the college does not take any responsibility. A student is not allowed to attend the placement drives of other companies if they are already selected in a company.

The worst college for MCA, but it is okay for B.Tech.

Placements: Placements in our college were not much good. It's okay for B.Tech but not for MCA. The mass recruitment drive is not held for MCA students. Companies that visit the college pay less than Rs. 8,000 in the probation period which is of at least 6 months. The job is not guaranteed after the probation period. I suggest not to pursue MCA in the college.

This is the worst engineering college in Nagpur. It is just good for nothing. There's nothing in the name of infrastructure, just an old building in which all four branches are running. There's no canteen facility. The faculty is not at all good enough. No placements. Not even a single company visited this college since its inception. Don't waste your time and money.

Absolutely waste of money and time in KIET. Please apply to a good college.

Placements: 67% of students were placed in 2022. The highest package is INR 22 lpa, and the lowest is INR 3 lpa. TCS and Wipro are the top recruiting companies. 34 percent of students got internships from my course and got placed at Wipro. There are no specific roles offered in my course. Students can apply based on their choice.

Our college has a bad crowd. It's not a good place to study with concentration.

Placements: In our college, approximately 100% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. Lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA and average salary package offered is 7 LPA.

Absolutely dissatisfied by the faculty members, placements and hostel food quality.

Placements: The college has placement cell which is in technology & business incubator building just for the purpose of inviting different companies for recruitment that does its job very decently. Now, the problem is the current scenario which is making the placement of mechanical engineering students very difficult. The college is in list of 3rd tier engineering colleges in India. Few students get placed in the core company like HUL (Hindustan Unilever Limited), in batch 2018, out of 240 approximately stu...

KIET college decreasing its reputation.

Placements: Placement is only a formality. Few companies visit our campus for placements. There are no mass recruiting companies these days, so there are fewer jobs. None of the companies visited for placements of ME and CE students. Only a few students from the CS and IT department get the job. This year, very few companies visited our campus for placements that too all branches sit together, including departments like MCA and MBA. There is much crowd for a single company in college itself.
