I am not satisfied with this college because of its society.

Placements: Core companies visit our college to recruit students. Voltas offered a salary package of 10.4 LPA to 2 mechanical students. HUL offered a salary package of 8.5 LPA to 2 mechatronics students. TVS offered a salary package of 8 LPA to 2 mechanical students. JSW offered a salary package of 8 LPA to 3 mechanical students. Jindal Steel Work offered a salary package of 8 LPA to 21 mechanical and 1 mechatronics student. Adani Works offered a salary package of 7 LPA to 1 automobile and 12 mechanical st...

I don't recommend others to take admission in this college because it is a waste of money.

Placements: In KIIT, computer branch students can easily get placements, but for other branches, it is very hard to get a job in core companies. In our batch, there are likely 800 students, but approximately only 350 students got jobs. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA.

Good infrastructure, average placements, large intake of students not good, decent faculty.

Placements: Placements are mostly in IT department. Very few core companies come actually. I guess it's the case in most private colleges. Average was 3.6 LPA to 4 LPA in 2015. Actually too many students are there in each branch, in 2015 there were 450 in only mechanical. Placing all these students is a task indeed. As per my juniors, the placements have worsened after 2015.

Good infrastructure and superb facilities, but the strength of batch are too much.

Placements: The placement is not good for my batch. Two years back the placements were superb, approximately 60% of the students had dual job offers, and also the thing is that the strength of batch was limited that time. But in my batch, there are approximately 3400 students, and 50%-55% are placed till now. Out of which only 40%-45% placed with a good package. The worst thing is that university shows wrong data in the advertisements. Also, they are increasing strength year by year.

It is a good college, where your dreams can either be built or shattered.

Placements: The college proclaims to have 100 percent placement, but it is totally false. Very few core companies come to the campus and select only a few students and the packages are not good enough. Majority of students get placed in IT companies which is not satisfactory.

Decent placements, well-developed infra, below average university.

Placements: Decent placement depends on the merit of the students. However, software sector is much better than core sector. Placement packages are lower compared to other universities. Most students of core sector have to apply for a job in software companies. Software students get good internships whereas core students have to toil hard for them.

KIIT University in a nutshell.

Placements: When a majority of the colleges cannot afford to bring large number of companies due to recession this year, KIIT is exceptional. This college will give you enough opportunities to get placed but let be me clear in one thing, if you are in mechanical, civil or any core lines, the placements are not good and the salary is also not up to the expectation but the average salary offered by the (IT firms and respective core companies) is between 3 to 5 LPA, and that is mainly for the role of associate...

Excellent: 1.Infrastructure 2.Facilities 3.Hostels Good: 1.Placements (best for CSE, IT, ETC) Very few core companies come for placements Average: 1.Faculties 2.Laboratory Bad: 1.Administration 2.Return we get after paying so heavy money. There is fine for everything, so don’t expect anything in return, in fact you have to pay "Rs 500" so that you can attend convocation and get your degree.

The infrastructure is quiet attractive but in a distributed manner. There is a lot of scope in software branches but least scope in core ones. Faculty are mostly from NITs and IITs. Fees structure is little bit high but it’s a good college. Hostels are also good. The mess food is little ignorable with not a single chapatti going inside the stomach.

KIIT University is one of the famous private colleges in India. The college has an excellent infrastructure, and facilities like sports, stadium, extra curriculum but it’s not yet developed in academics. Faculty members are not good and helpful. They don't want to take the pain for students and they are very poor at knowledge.

The college is good in all the aspects.

Placements: The placement is overall good for the computer Science students, most of the companies that come in for the placements are mostly IT companies so it become a bit difficult for other branches to get recruited but that doesn't mean they don't recruit other branches.
