KIIT being a very good A+ rated college by NAAC, provides a great future for students.

Placements: In the Departments of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil, the placement rate is very good. Almost everybody from these departments gets placed. There is trouble for many of the CSE department students, though. The placement rate is very low there. Also, students from AIML get very good placements.

An honest review of KIIT University.

Placements: In the Department of Mechanical Engineering at KIIT, placements are decent. Students here mostly go for higher studies but if they want to sit in placements, they can. The salary package offered is around 6 LPA - 9 LPA, which is decent. Good core companies visit our college. There is a placement cell.

My college infrastructure is really good but placement isn't so good .

Placements: There were many students placed in my course as they enrolled the same as me. The highest package is around 45 lacs, and the lowest package is 2 lacs per year, I think, in every course. The top recruiting teams are ASME. 70 percent of students got internships.

KIIT: Waste of money. KIIT: a place to enjoy, explore and to meet celebrities and ministers.

Placements: Almost 85-90% students have been placed till now. Percentage of students got placement in IT companies is more (core branches too). Placement for core branches like Mechanical, Civil & Electrical is tough in core sector, but they have got placement in IT sectors. According to our university website it is mentioned that 52 Lacs is the highest package. The lowest is 2.2 LPA. Adobe is the top recruitment company with the highest package and Cognizant is the most number of students taken (about 800 ...

It provides good placements, which I heard from seniors.

Placements: Many mechanical and aerospace students got placed in the mass recruiter, or they opt for higher studies. The great thing is aerospace students got an opportunity for a student exchange program, so many of them go to Taiwan for MS in aerospace with a full scholarship which is really great in the aerospace branch. The average salary package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 12-14 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. Many companies li...

It has very good infrastructure, facilities and unique major-minor concepts.

Placements: Nearly 90% of the students got placed in top companies like Deloitte and Hindustan Motors with a salary package of 7 LPA. Core companies for mechanical engineering are less, but students can sit for IT companies as well. Overall, a serious student can surely get placed with a decent salary package.

Our college provides good infrastructure, but placements are bad here.

Placements: There was only one section for Automobile batch. About 35-40% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was Rs 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Escorts Group, Royal Enfield and Piaggio visited our college for our course placements. In Escort Groups, only one student got placed. Royal Enfield and Piaggio companies did not hire students from our college.

Review of KIIT School of Engineering.

Placements: Around 70% of the students from our course got placed. Core branch students opted out of placements or were not shortlisted for IT companies, which mostly visit our college for on-campus placements. Associate software engineer and analysts are the most common roles offered here. IT companies are the mass recruiters for our college.

KIIT, School of Mechanical Engineering overview.

Placements: Placements have been good. Fiat, Tata, Honda, Voltas, TVS, Mahindra, Deloitte Highradius and many more have visited the college in the past few years. Being selected in a particular company solely depends on the students. But companies do come for core branches.

Placements are good, but they can be improved. Even the fee is too expensive.

Placements: Some of the placement opportunities provided here are very good, and some are not that good. Most of the companies visit here are offering jobs on a contractual basis. Even the placement selection procedure is very good and fair. Now, most of the students are offered jobs in the software sector. However, core jobs are not offered as per the need.

I am satisfied with the college. A very huge campus to live your life.

Placements: The college provides decent placement opportunities even for the students who scored average marks. Placements are good for the ones who score well. There are the best placement opportunities for the students who are the best at academics. The salary package goes around 6.2 LPA. well-reputed companies visit the campus every year to hire a lot of students. The college is very good for students who belong to Northeast India.

A review of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.

Placements: Placements have not started for our batch yet, but placements for our senior batch are good. The college is providing many facilities and opportunities for placements. I like the facilities provided them, and we just have to be focused and do the best.
